2026 Nolan Ericson (PSB Elite)
Ericson had a good junior season at Mooresville, catching some eyes, and he has rolled that into his summer player with PSB. In Rock Hill, Ericson flourished with a balanced, high-IQ feel on the court. He is a good overall floor general who understands how to balance his scoring and running the show for others. Ericson is fundamentally sound with his ability to knock down shots inside and outside the arc but also plays under control in creating and setting up others.
2027 Terrion Mack (Upward Stars Columbia)
Mack was a newer name for us here at Phenom Hoops, and he consistently produced impressively. He is a tough, scrappy guard who competes on both sides of the ball. Offensively, he can push in transition, embrace contact and fight through defenders, attack off the bounce, and knock down shots with his pull-up game. He also battles hard on the boards and makes plays for others. You also have to notice his willingness to compete on the defensive end.
2028 Bobby Montgomery (Top Shot)
Even at his size, Montgomery can lead and present problems for opponents. He is a quick, crafty guard who displays shifty hands and creates well off the bounce. Montgomery has shown his willingness to knock down shots from outside in the past, but did a great job in getting by defenders with a quick first step, weaving through the defense, and scoring with touch over and around defenders.
2028 MJ Russell (CP3 EYCL)
Russell is a competitive young guard who understands how to play the game. He is a high-IQ floor general who creates and dishes, sees the floor and looks to get others involved, and is a scrappy creator in looking for his shot or off the bounce. Russell also does a great job bringing toughness to the court. Solid overall showing from the young point guard.
2026 Josiah Azu (GA Stunners)
Azu was a new name for us with the Georgia Stunners, but he is one that you certainly couldn’t miss, as the 6’2 guard was looking to showcase his athleticism and scoring ability. Azu is comfortable in hunting for his shot, displaying the ability to hurt you from the perimeter when the opportunities are there. But his explosive nature in finishing at the rim and attacking downhill was quite impressive throughout the event.
