2028 Porter Dickson (FBC Reign)
Dickson was one who was fun to watch early on in the day. The 6’2 guard was able to flourish with his quick release, deep range, and confidence from behind the arc. Time after time, he was able to get to his spots and make defenders pay but also did a great job in creating, facilitating, and making strong decisions for his teammates.
2028 MJ Jawona (GA Stunners 2028)
The 6’6 forward brought an intriguing skillset that one could see blossoming more down the road. Good length and mobility, he was able to operate in pick and roll situations, rolling well to the basket, using his length to finish around the basket, and be active on the glass overall. He used that same length on either end; certainly a player to keep an eye on down the road.
2027 Travien Williams (Team Ish)
Williams is one that I believe you will be hearing more about, especially with the production he brings to the table overall. Time after time, Williams finds ways to put the ball in the basket, bringing a physical frame that attacks defenses well, embraces contact and scores through defenders, and makes quality decisions on the court.
2026 John Slusher (Triple Threat Academy)
Slusher is a 6’7 prospect that has really seen an uptick in his recruitment and deservingly so. Skilled overall wing with the ability to knock down shots but also being comfortable in being a strong piece inside. He has a strong blend of touch, vision, and mobility on the court, impacting the game in a variety of ways.
2028 Trevor Holland (CP3)
Holland put on an absolute show and certainly impressed many with his game. He brought toughness, a strong motor, and a such a strong scoring impact on the court. Holland put on a show with his ability to make plays out in the open floor, penetrate and create, knock down shots from multiple levels, and be a true leader on the court overall.
2027 Terrion Mack (Upward Stars Columbia)
I really liked what I saw from Mack on the court. He was able to help control the game, push well in transition, attack and get downhill on multiple occasions, and confidently score from multiple levels. Loved how he was able to embrace contact and create off the bounce, lead his team and play with a strong motor, and he also competed defensively and on the glass. It was a strong overall showing on Day 1.
2026 Nolan Ericson (PSB Elite)
Ericson brings a blend of toughness, IQ, and playmaking to the court for his team. I really like how he is able to control the game, play within the offense, facilitate and make plays for others, but also create his own shot. Whether he has to create off the bounce or hurt you from the perimeter, Ericson just finds ways to produce and brings a tremendous overall balance to the court.
2028 Jermier Nelson (Upward Stars)
Nelson has put together a strong and eye-catching summer so far with Phenom Hoops. Each time we have watched him, Nelson has been able to create and attack off the bounce. Finds ways to get paint touches consistently, keeps the defenders guessing, is assertive off the dribble to get to the free throw line, and has good overall athleticism.
2026 Aaron Ekwere (GA Stunners)
Ekwere was certainly a name we had our eyes on coming into the event, and he certainly didn’t disappoint. The 6’6 prospect was able to flourish in a variety of ways on the court, taking advantage of his athleticism to get to the basket, finish with touch at the rim, and get to his spots from multiple levels. You add his offensive skillset, along with his facilitating, and impact in other areas, Ekwere offers a lot on the court for his team.
