2026 6’1 Oliver Jones (Athletes in Action)
Jones was a consistent presence each and every time we watched him in action for AIA over the Phenom PG Nationals. He consistently was an offensive threat and did a great job in mixing his game up, whether it was attacking and scoring, making plays off the bounce, moving without the ball, finding open spots from outside, or just putting consistent pressure on the defense to get to the line. He picked his spots well and attacked but also made plays for others.
2026 6’0 Hayden Roberts (Believe Prep)
When watching Believe Prep, Roberts was the one who consistently stood out and brought tremendous consistency to the court for his team. Roberts did a great job attacking off the bounce, consistently putting pressure on the defense while creating scoring opportunities. He proved to be a versatile scorer, knocking down shots from the perimeter while also finding ways to get to the rim and finish. On top of his offensive production, Roberts competed hard on both ends of the floor, bringing energy and toughness that helped set the tone for his team.
2026 6’5 Kohi Strickland (Chosen 1 Academy)
Strickland put together a strong showing throughout with his ability to impact the game as a scorer. The 6’5 prospect did a great job attacking the defense and creating opportunities off the bounce, consistently finding ways to put pressure on defenders. Strickland displayed his scoring versatility by getting downhill to finish plays while also knocking down shots from the perimeter. It was another encouraging showing from Strickland, who continues to demonstrate his offensive potential whenever he steps on the Phenom platform.
2028 6’0 Caden Bregu (Combine Select)
Bregu was a guard that stood out in my eyes, especially with his performance in the championship game. The 6’0 guard really shows a passion for the game, competing on both sides, leading his team, and making quality decisions. He was able to find success in leading the way as a point guard, creating and scoring off the bounce, making quality decisions, and playing under control. His motor and competitive nature on the court were on full display throughout, as he showed he will do anything for his team to win.
2026 6’5 Will Mpata (DME Academy Wisconsin)
Mpata delivered a strong performance, showcasing his ability to be a reliable scoring presence for his team. Mpata was highly effective operating around the basket and in the mid-range, using his size and touch to consistently produce offensively. He also showed the ability to step out and stretch the floor when needed, adding another dimension to his scoring package. Beyond scoring, Mpata stayed active on the glass and made his presence felt with his effort and activity. Most importantly, he stepped up in a big moment, knocking down the game-winning shot and proving he can deliver when it matters most.
