Phenom Hoop Report headed back to a familiar place over the years, as Proehlific Park in Greensboro, North Carolina held their first of three North Carolina Junior Phenom camps.' Not only does it provide a fantastic chance for young, rising prospects to learn the game but also gives us an early preview of the talent coming up in the years to come.

Check out a few names that impressed at the camp.

2025 Jayden Davis (The Point College Prep)

Davis' ability to handle the ball and initiate the offense, as well as attack the rim and finish with creativity had our scouts' eyes today.' His hesitation moves and speed, there weren't many defenders that could stay in front of him all day long.

2024 Derice 'DJ' Pritchett (Canterbury School)

Prtichett's game is unique and eye-catching, as he does a lot of stuff right on the floor.' He has tight handles, gets to his spot, but also can make defenders pay with a smooth jumper on every level. Incredibly smooth and effective, so it will be interesting to see how much he develops as he grows.

2024 Zion Walker (The Burlington School)

Walker has everything you may want in a prospect at his age.' He excels on so many levels, especially with his size, strength, and athleticism.' He has no issue pushing the ball on offense, as well as finishing through contact with ease.' But that doesn't even mention his shot-making ability as well.

2024 DeMondre Haymon (Red Oak Middle)

One of the prospects that have the biggest upside is 6'4 DeMondre Haymon.' He has all the tools to be a big-time big in the state of North Carolina but right now, he still is raw with exactly what he can do.' His second game, he showcased his ability to finish around the rim with a soft touch and rebound at a high level.

2024 Jaxon Prunty (Francis Bradley Middle School)

Prunty will be another interesting player to watch grow.' A long, wiry wing type prospect that can handle as well.' He scored on all three levels, was competitive on both ends of the floor, and will look to continue to grow his game the older he gets.
