2025 Melvin Teal Jr. (SHOTS United): Teal continues to impress and is a young player to watch out for in South Carolina. He sports a strong frame and really love his activity level on either end. On Day 2 early, he was able to play with tremendous energy, showing he can make an impact on the defensive end but also be a strong finisher and get to the basket.
2022 Devon Slagle (NLPB 2022 Best): Slagle is a name that continues to appear on our standout list, as he continues to show how effective of a scorer he is on the floor. Each time we see him, he shows that he can score from a variety of levels, whether it is stretching the floor with his pull-up game behind the arc or with his mid-range game as well as getting into the paint.
2023 Domas Kauzonas (Atlanta Timberwolves): The big man continues to show promise in his game. Though there are still areas that he can continue to develop, you have to like his ability to score with his back to the basket and show a soft touch, but also step out and be a threat from outside at times. The 6’10 forward has made progress in his game and continues to be an active presence in the paint and on the glass.
2024 Bryson Cokley (CP3): Cokley was strong on Day 2 of the LaMelo Ball Invitational. He has continued to improve his game and rising his stock on the floor, as he was able to show how effective he can be off the ball, get to his spots and continue to be a threat from the perimeter (hit three 3=pointers), and his impact on the defensive end especially defending multiple positions.
2024 Drake Powell (CP3): Powell is such a fascinating prospect to watch, and we got a feeling that his development and growth hasn’t reached its ending point yet. There is a lot to like about his game. The 6’6 prospect just seems to have his hands in everything while on the court, whether it is handling the ball, seeing the entire court, showing off his smooth jumper from an array of levels, his athleticism in finishing at the rim, or his activity level on the boards and defensively.
2023 Torey Alston (Team Trezz): Alston continues to make strides in his game and is getting an opportunity more to showcase his impact on the court. A fluid forward with upside in his game, Alston continues to make his presence felt down in the paint, attacking the glass and finishing several putbacks but also using his length/wingspan to impact the game both offensively and defensively. A developing forward that continues to blossom more and more we get to see him on the big stage.
2025 Christian Wilkins (1of1): Wilkins was at his best here early on Day 2 and he is one that may at times fall under the radar but then reminds you of his potential and what he provides on the court. The strong 6’4 guard really excelled on Day 2 with his outside game, knocking down multiple threes with a ton of confidence, just adding another level to his game.
