2028 Noah Dulin (Team Pittman)
I’ve really enjoyed watching Dulin develop as a player and putting his game on full display over the years, and he did so again on Day 2 to start. Dulin is an intriguing prospect, as we are eager to see what he ultimately becomes in the coming years. But he excels really well in his ability to attack in transition and score off the bounce, finishing well inside and out, and proving to be a tough matchup for opponents each and every time.
2028 Makhai Manning (Garner Road National)
Manning is a fun guard to watch, displaying creativity, craftiness, handles, and scoring capabilities on the court. He has continued to be the driving force for his team, doing a great job in creating and penetrating, mixing it up offensively as a scorer, showcasing his ability to get by/around defenders, and being a playmaker for others. He scored well inside and out here on Day 2.
2026 Camren Reyes (Team Unshakable)
I enjoyed watching Reyes operate on the court, as he flourished as a true playmaker for his team. He has tremendous speed that he uses to his advantage, weaving through the defense, displaying vision and court awareness, finding and making tremendous reads overall, but also being a capable scorer as well on the court. When the ball was in his hands, he really did a good job of running the offense and pushing in transition.
2025 Eric Stokes Jr. (East Carolina Elite)
For a team that has plenty of unsigned seniors and talent, Stokes has really been a driving force offensively for ECE this entire weekend so far. Time after time watching him, Stokes was able to penetrate and get inside the defense, finishing strong and with touch around defenders, and really showcasing his consistency as an offensive weapon.
2025 Garrett Morgan (Cap City Charlotte)
Sounding like a broken record, Morgan continues to shine on the bright stage and proves that he belongs in playing at the next level. He does a great job in creating able to create opportunities for himself, bringing a blend of creativity with his handles, using his length and athleticism to his advantage, and also being able to shine as a multi-level scorer. Skilled over guard.
2025 Justice Mitchell (Strong Center)
Once again, Mitchell proves how much of an impact he can have on the court. Every time we get a chance to watch him, he finds ways to not only produce offensively but also impacts the game in so many other areas. His willingness to battle in the paint, score down low, stretch the floor, operate in the paint, rebound, and be a versatile piece on the court is quite impressive.
2027 Jamarion Washington (7th Nation)
Washington was a newer name that we were able to watch at the event, and we certainly walked away as a guard to watch more out east. A bouncy and athletic guard, he was excellent in getting downhill and finishing strong on several occasions, embracing contact well. Washington has a quick first step to get defenders on his hip, but also shows strong handles and the ability to finish well around opponents. He was truly an impressive playmaking guard that we had a chance to watch here on Day 2.
2028 Tjay Brunson (1of1 Elite)
Brunson has been a player that I’ve really grown to like to start this summer, and will clearly be a prospect I’m excited to watch develop over the coming years. Size, hustle, motor, athleticism, versatility… Brunson offers a lot of intriguing factors in his game that, if he continues to develop and add more, he will be a name college programs will want to target in the coming years.
2026 Colin Lamb (Eastern Carolina Phenomz)
Lamb, who is a 6’4 prospect out of Laney High, really has had a strong overall weekend here in Raleigh. He has been a true offensive weapon on the court, displaying IQ and feel, patience in being able to create, and flourishing as a prospect that can be a true playmaker. Lamb made his mark off the dribble, picking, weaving, and attacking downhill to get to the rim and finish with touch. Does a great job of getting where he wants and being an efficient presence.
2026 Rylan Woods (Tennessee Travelers)
Woods has been a consistent name that has popped out to me throughout the weekend. The 6’5 prospect brings size, fluidity, and multi-level scoring ability to the court, being comfortable from outside as well as being an active presence inside and on the glass. He is comfortable in facing and knocking down shots, really proving a tough matchup for opponents on the court. Overall, Woods was very consistent with his play in Raleigh.
2025 Johnniyus Sharpe (Brand X)
Always fun to watch Sharpe in action, and he continued to prove why I was so high on him and his game. Sharpe just brings a different mentality and energy to the court, always staying aggressive and assertive, looking to have the ball in his hands and make things happen, and he plays with a tough mentality. Continued to flourish as a true scorer on the court, finding ways to produce on all levels, embracing contact and finishing, and being a playmaker on the court. I’m eager to see his road in the coming years, as he will be a name you hear more about, I believe.
