2029 Jeremiah Fredlaw (CSF)
Fredlaw will be a name you will want to jot down and remember, as he has a chance to be a strong prospect in the class of 2029 here in North Carolina. Standing at 6’5 already, he moves extremely well in being able to get to the rim, finish around defenders, and step out to knock down shots. His size causes a lot of problems as he can bring versatility in playing and defending multiple positions on the court.
2026 Pavlo Markiv (TSA Will)
The big man was able to consistently produce for his team early on Day 1, as the 6’7 forward continues to produce as a fluid yet physical big around the basket. He plays hard and brings a strong physical factor to the court, while also showing touch and rebounding impact for his team. One can see he has continued to develop at his position, but I believe there is still growth in his game at the next level.
2026 Stew Edwards (Save Sports White)
Edwards is a twitchy, quick guard who has been known to be an offensive weapon for his team and has done so consistently this spring/summer. Edwards does a great job in being able to create for himself, getting defenders on his hip, and find ways to not only score over defenders but also be an option from the perimeter. He has consistently been the go-to option this season for his team.
2028 Jayden Taylor (Strong Center PJ)
Talk about a strong shooting display early in the day, Taylor did just that as he ended up with 8 3-pointers to lead his team with 33 points. He got to his spots and showed range, shooting the ball with range and confidence from behind the arc. He really stepped up for his team as a shot-maker early on.
2027 Maddox Krotzer (Cap City Clutch)
Krotzer impressed with his length, athleticism, and versatility. He was effective on the interior while also showing the ability to operate from multiple levels. Krotzer consistently attacked the rim and finished strong, making him a rising prospect to watch. Overall, he brought a nice overall balance to the court and displayed upside with his length and athleticism.
2028 Gary Grear (KOC)
Grear is one that you just know and understand what you are going to get from him each and every time he steps on the court. The physical guard understands what it takes as a scorer, thriving with the ball in his hands, attacking well off the bounce, embracing contact and finishing, but also being able to score from multiple levels. Every time out, he finds ways to produce and be a leader on the court.
2029 Damari Smith (CP3)
I’m very high on Smith and I do believe that he is a high-major point guard, especially with what he has shown early on this summer. An extremely smart and talented guard, Smith excels in so many areas with the ball in his hands whether it is facilitating, change of pace and speed, excelling downhill, or being able to knock down open shots. Smith plays with an excellent overall feel for the game, and college coaches should be looking hard his way.
