2026 Braylen McRae (Harvest Development)
Though he is a smaller guard, McRae did a great job of not settling and being assertive offensively. He was able to display his quickness and creativity, attacking out in transition well and consistently getting paint touches, while also showing confidence in his ability to knock down shots from multiple levels. He was consistent throughout Day 1 for his team.
2025 Derek Studer (Foothills Basketball)
Studer has been really good throughout his time in Raleigh this season, and Roanoke got themselves a strong prospect for the future. What makes him so intriguing to watch is how well he operates on the court, whether it is scoring inside with touch and footwork, popping out and being a threat from the perimeter, or his impact on the glass for his team. I believe he will only continue his strong showing throughout.
2026 Eli Brown (Upstate Hornets)
I’m telling you now (and we wrote about it last time we were in Raleigh); 2026 Eli Brown is a sneaky prospect to watch out for this LIVE period. His ability to score the ball and be an effective offensive weapon is impressive. He just finds ways to score through his motor, activity on the glass, his ability to score inside, and comfort level in popping out from the perimeter.
2026 Emmanuel Kamara (TNT Hoopsquad 2025NT)
Kamara is a new name for us at Phenom Hoops, but he sure did make himself noticeable early on at the event. And from what we saw, the 6’8 prospect should be having the eyes of college coaches throughout. He has such a terrific blend of size and length, athleticism, and was able to get to the rim whenever he wanted. Kamara attacks the basket extremely well but also showcased his ability to hit shots from other areas. He went off in Game 1 for 33 points.
2026 Jamel Sumpter (Wildcats Elite)
Sumpter had an impressive Day 1, as our scouts were talking about his strong play when watching him. He was able to play with energy, be a playmaker with the ball in his hands, create scoring opportunities for himself, and also make the defense pay with his jumper and perimeter shooting. Really showed his overall offensive game to start the event.
