2025 Tre McKinnon (Lake Norman)
McKinnon looked focused and ready for what could be a big season for him. Time after time, we saw him flying high and attacking out in the open floor, finishing high above his opponents and at the rim. The senior looks to be one of the clear leaders for this team as they have high hopes in making a run at a title this season.
2025 KJ Younger (Weddington)
Younger may be the most physical prospect in the class of 2025; taking away other factors, his physical frame and strength are tough to matchup against as he continues to show that he can get to his spots, is a bull in getting downhill and scoring, and embraces contact extremely well. Had a huge season last year and could eclipse those numbers this season.
2025 Michael Phillips (Grace Christian)
Phillips is one that I’ve been high on for some time and now committed to Marquette, he has really been focusing on developing his game. Continuing to work on his handles and overall feel, Phillips continues to show the potential he possesses in scoring at the rim, rising over defenders from deep, and being an impact player offensively and defensively. He will be the clear leader for this team and showed that in Week 2.
2025 Chris Eagan (Charlotte Catholic)
One can see that Eagan has a chance to have a big year and with his commitment behind him, he is playing more freely. The big man continues to shine as a consistent presence down in the paint, showing tremendous footwork around the basket to go along with touch. Catholic will need him to be much of the same this upcoming season, and he is starting off on the right foot in the Fall League.
2025 Ty Sanders (North Lincoln)
Sanders really impressed our scouts this past weekend. He is a high IQ guard who can be a threat from the perimeter, consistently knocking down shots from behind the arc but really blossoming as an overall scorer who can score, facilitate, rebound, and compete on both sides of the ball. He filled it up big-time and showed an overall game that college coaches will like.
2027 CP Perry (Carson)
The young playmaking point guard continues to shine on the big stage and he should clearly be on radars for programs down the road. What is there not to like, as Perry simply shines when the ball in his hands? He is an effective playmaker for himself and others, understanding change of direction, breaking down opponents, scoring with touch and feel, and dropping dimes to his teammates to set them up. He simply makes things happen when he is on the court.
