6’5 ’26 Cameron Thompson (Team Charlotte)

After a strong showing throughout the weekend, it should come as no surprise to see Thompson’s name listed here. He’s always made a lasting impression through his defense, rebounding, and general athleticism. However, it’s clear that Thompson is making strides as an offensive cog. He highlighted improvements as a ball-handler, passer, and all-around scoring threat. Thompson hit jumpers from the perimeter, attacked closeouts when available, and made smart decisions with the ball in his hands. He was willing to fill in the gaps or assert himself as a focal point while still providing his usual amount of motor, toughness, and involvement defensively.

5’11 ’27 CP Perry (Carolina Riptide)

Although he’s been a consistent player throughout the spring season, Perry put forth a fairly unexpected scoring outburst over the weekend. He still dictated the action as a playmaker and created for others whenever possible, but simply could not be contained as an all-around scorer. Whether attacking the basket, hitting jumpers off the bounce or catch, or applying pressure in transition, Perry got whatever he wanted. He also forced turnovers at a solid rate and rebounded well for his size. Perry already understands how to run a team with poise and confidence, so it’ll be exciting to watch his continued progression going forward.

5’10 ’26 Nick Arnold (Team Charlotte)

Everything Arnold brings to a team should probably be common knowledge at this point, but it’s still worthy of attention. What he provides as a playmaker and defender cannot be overstated. Arnold consistently sets the tone on both ends of the floor, offering a terrific blend of IQ, toughness, and leadership by example. He plays with a calm, almost emotionless demeanor and never really wavers in his approach. Arnold breaks down defenders, touches the paint at a nonstop rate, and makes smart decisions with the ball in his hands. He finishes well for his size and draws fouls at a solid rate. Arnold is simply a guy that impacts winning.

6’5 ’27 Tyreek White (Triad Elite)

There were a lot of new faces in the building, and that certainly includes White—who stood out as an intriguing prospect over multiple viewings. He possesses great size, fluidity, and interior instincts on both ends of the floor. White is still developing his offensive skillset, yet already finds a lot of success as a finisher. He’s comfortable making moves out of the post, but also understands how to position himself for drop-off passes and putback opportunities. White blocks shots and rebounds the ball at a high volume, and runs the floor effectively in transition. Still young, it’ll be interesting to follow him over the next few seasons.

6’6 ’29 Grant Duggins (CP3BA)

Though young and still developing, it’s easy to see the appeal with a prospect like Duggins. Already a fluid 6-foot-6 forward, he possesses touch, feel, and a blossoming skillset. Duggins finishes well around the basket, spaces the floor effectively from the perimeter, and displays solid passing instincts for his size. He rebounds, blocks shots, and highlights adaptability as an offensive piece. With another season before high school, he should be nothing short of utterly dominant during his eighth-grade campaign.
