Jaydin Spillman-Martin- There are so many underrated prospects within North Carolina, but Spillman-Martin might be towards the top of that list. He’s incredibly skilled, particularly for his size, and immediately causes matchup problems as soon as he enters the game. Spillman-Martin operated from the block, took opponents off the dribble, and knocked down a lot of perimeter jumpers within the flow of the offense. He should already hold multiple offers.
Sean Iadonisi- Though slightly undersized, it’s easy to see the impact made by Iadonisi on both ends of the floor. He’s a tough, well-rounded guard with a high motor and unselfish mentality. Iadonisi defends well, makes smart passes, and knows how to effectively coexist with other primary ball-handlers.
Khawan Bobbitt- It was easy to appreciate the constant two-way production from Bobbitt throughout this contest. He possesses size, strength, and a solid versatility, which made him one of the tougher assignments for opponents. Bobbitt finishes well through contact, knocks down perimeter jumpers, and switches between multiple positions defensively.
Caleb Lominac- Despite being the biggest player on this team, it was easy to be impressed with his creation skills as their focal point. He also made quite a lasting impression through utilization of his nonstop motor. Lominac is a great rebounder, strong finisher, and pretty useful defender against multiple positions. He’s shown the makings of a next-level player.
Jacoby Brown- The long, wiry, athletic forward/post prospect was easily one of the toughest, most rugged players throughout this contest. He proved to be an absolute menace defensively, switching across multiple positions and forcing turnovers at a consistent rate. Brown also made a strong impact in transition as a defender and finisher.
John Gebhard- The crafty, unselfish point guard prospect really shined with his playmaking abilities, especially in the open floor. He is capable of making the flashy read, but also shows fundamental understanding when creating off the bounce.
