6’6 ’28 Kmajay Jenkins (Moravian Prep)
After recently transferring to Moravian Prep and reclassifying to 2028, the nationally regarded Jenkins continues to boost his stock. Although they were split into multiple teams, he stood out as the clear leader and focal point of his group. Jenkins is an incredibly long, explosive, physically imposing athlete with the ability to cause a ton of problems for opponents. His nonstop motor and physical tools allow him to legitimately wreak havoc on the court. Jenkins showcased the full offensive arsenal while constantly defending multiple positions, forcing turnovers, and applying pressure in transition. Expect him to have a big year.
6’0 ’28 Paul Cauthen (Greyhound U)
Despite some ups and downs as a team, Cauthen performed at an extremely high level throughout the day. He showcased a very well-rounded skillset with IQ, athleticism, and leadership qualities. Cauthen effortlessly breaks down opponents to create clean looks for himself and others. He mixes it up well as a scorer from all levels, but is arguably at his best when getting downhill. Cauthen also defends with toughness and rebounds well for his size. Although he’s only going to continue improving, it’s easy to see what already makes him one of the top players in North Carolina’s Class of 2028.
6’4 ’27 Matt Allen (Moravian Prep)
It’s no secret that Moravian Prep always has hidden gems within their roster, and that certainly applies to Allen. He’s a new name to know after absolutely lighting it up during fall league. Allen highlighted a useful handle with vision and creation skills, but was arguably at his best when filling it up as a shooting threat. He mixed it up well as a scorer from all levels while knocking down spot-up jumpers at an extremely high percentage. Allen is also a quality athlete with defensive instincts and toughness.
6’3 ’26 Ian Bailey (Team Vision)
In terms of leadership, no player sets the tone more as an all-around focal point than Bailey. He completely controls the action as the main creator while setting up others and applying nonstop scoring pressure. Bailey excels at getting downhill and attacking the basket, but is more than capable of hitting jumpers from midrange or beyond the arc. He’s very tough and athletic, as evidenced by his aggressive finishing ability through contact and above the rim. That being said, Bailey also defends his position and rebounds very well for his size. Expect him to have an incredibly productive senior year.
6’8 ’26 Justin Caldwell (Fayettenam Soldiers)
There were several valuable pieces on the Fayettenam Soldiers roster, but Caldwell stood out as their clear. He’s such a strong, physically imposing force who is at his best when overwhelming opponents around the basket. Caldwell can space the floor and attack off the dribble, but simply knows how to score inside at a consistent rate. He finished with touch and power, showing the ability to play around or through contact and above the rim. Caldwell is a great rebounder and useful shot-blocker.
