The month of June is certainly a fun one around the country; we have national camps going on as well as some PREMIER team camps going on throughout the region. That includes Phenom Hoops, who will have two of the best Team Camps in the country, as you will not want to miss it. This is why we are getting a head start and previewing some teams that will be on display, along with the players. Team: Carolina International
Another program that will be on display at the Phenom Team Camp will be Carolina International, a growing program that was able to compete and battle all last season. And though they lost several key seniors from last year, the Comets are hoping to make even more noise with a few new names.
Landon Griffin, a 6’0 prospect, will be a key returner from last year, as he was one of several players who averaged double digits on the season. He will be counted on again to step up and help lead the charge, but he will have others around him to help out. Another guard to look out for is 2025 David Anderson, a 6’0 guard who has shown in the past to be a consistent scorer, knocking down shots, and being a strong creator. The Comets also will have 6’3 KJ Shouse, a proven piece in the past and one that will have a big opportunity to be a leader for this roster.
Overall though, several other players will have an opportunity to step up and make a name for themselves, as we learn more about them over the weekend.
