July is going to be fun, especially with Phenom Hoops.  That is why we are getting just a small head-start on the teams and players that will be in attendance for the Summer Havoc.  Here, we look to preview just a few names to watch for throughout the weekend in Rock Hill, with many others stepping up their game in front of college coaches.

In this article, we are going to list a few teams that are coming from a little bit further out from South Carolina as they look to make a statement in Rock Hill.  Here are a few teams and players to jot down to remember this weekend at the Summer Havoc.

Team Hardaway (Florida)

This program really made their presence known in their last Phenom Hoops event and now knowing what to expect, watch out for these teams. They play tremendous basketball and bring a little Florida vibe up to SC for college coaches. The 17u should be fun to watch with players like 2021 6’4 Christian Pujals, 2023 Jamari Dean, 2022 6’3 Romulo Delgado, 2022 6’5 Anthony Salazar, and several others. For the 16u division, it gives coaches a glimpse of the young talent down in the south especially with the likes of 2024 6’7 Malik Abdullahi, 2024 6’5 Ralph Blanc, 2024 Angelo Miranda, 2024 Randy Smith, and several other names.

Louisville Prospects (Kentucky)

Now we head further west to Kentucky, as the Louisville Prospects program will be bringing multiple teams of all ages to the table at the Summer Havoc. If you are looking through at the 17u division, you have multiple players that could catch your eye such as 2022 Rico Carr, 2022 Cole Harritt, 2022 Kyle Poates, 2022 Cole Davis, and 2022 Brady Moore, all of which are receiving interest from an array of schools already.

But you also will have the 16u Division that will have the likes of players like 2023 6’7 Jakob Fredricksen, 2023 6’4 Jonathan Combs, 2023 6’6 Crew Gibson, and others on the court.  Add on top of that, the Louisville Prospects are bringing two 15u teams that will give coaches a nice view of the future from the state.

Chapmanville Regional (West Virginia)

One thing is for sure with the players from Chapmanville… they have some of the best fans around to show their support and these players understand winning culture. That is why it is exciting to have them come down and compete at the Summer Havoc.  If you are looking for a few talents in the WV area, this is a team to watch closely.  With the likes of 2023 6’5 Brody Dalton, 2024 Zion Blevins, 2023 Taiwo Babawale, and several others, make sure you stop by to check out this team in action throughout the weekend.
