Bryson has an impressive physical profile that will make you take note immediately as he has good size and a powerfully built frame.' As you watch him you will notice a nice combination of power and speed, explosive leaping ability and an advanced and versatile skill set.' I watched him go through some challenging drill stations at a recent combine and he looked very comfortable and executed nicely so he has obviously been coached up well and put a lot of work into his game.' He was more than capable in ball handling, shooting sessions, footwork and agility drills and executing various actions like pick and roll offense and defense, etc.' Bryson's explosive leaping ability and quickness around the rim and his effort and energy make him a fantastic rebounder.' His solid footwork and lateral mobility allow him to defend multiple positions effectively.' Does a great job maintaining a good defensive stance, staying low and moving his feet allowing him to defend the dribble nicely.

His ability to elevate quickly and effortlessly into an impressive vertical jump will make you shake your head because he explodes off the floor not only for first jumps but for second and third jumps if needed, just as powerful and needing very little time to gather for repeat jumps.' He has strong hands and once he grabs the basketball you aren't taking it away from him.' A powerful post presence and excellent rebounder he certainly is but Bryson Wilson is a skilled and very capable wing!' He handles the ball nicely using basic ball handling but attacks angles and is able to get north/south where he is very difficult to defend as he combines that power we described in assessing his strengths defensively with good quickness, body control, and shot-making ability.' Bryson can overpower most guards and get to the rim and has a quick burst and powerful, decisive strides that allow him to beat bigger defenders and get dribble penetration.' He has excellent vision and really showed some playmaking skills with his passing and decision making.' He really saw the floor well and was able to make plays for himself and for others using the dribble.' He is very good shooting off the dribble!' Bryson can create and use contact to establish angles and also use contact to create separation and quickly elevate into a smooth pull up jumper.

His shot mechanics are fluid, his release high and he shot the ball well throughout the day both in drill session and in live game action.' Bryson hit the three-pointer at a good rate, perhaps better using a 1-2 step than a hop step but nonetheless demonstrated very good mechanics from deep and good consistency with both.' Bryson no doubt has a tremendous upside!' He demonstrated a solid work ethic and incredible versatility and was astute during drill sessions and he oozes with athleticism.' College coaches should put him on their radar if they haven't already.
