
We told you all that we had some exciting news coming, as Phenom Hoops continues to expand and grow the brand. As one can see, Phenom Hoops has started Lady Phenom Hoops, as we look to provide coverage more on the girls’ side of high school basketball, creating an even bigger platform for players all around the country.
Well, we are now excited that we will be welcoming Reggie Dillard and Will Dillard, as we look to expand the brand and awareness all around the country. Both will be having a big part in bringing awareness to girls’ basketball here in North Carolina and surrounding states.
Let’s get to know them a little bit more and start checking out the upcoming events that Phenom Hoops/ Lady Phenom will be having in 2023.

Reggie Dillard:

Reggie is a Greensboro native. He played high school basketball at Dudley and Greensboro Day School (GDS). He received multiple division one scholarships. He decided to go to Presbyterian College. At Presbyterian, he was a four-year starter. Reggie was freshman of the week two times and earned all-freshmen team honors. He earned Big South All-Conference honors. He graduated PC as one of the most prolific scorers, becoming just the fourth player in PC’s Division I history to record over 1,300 points.
He also finished third in career three-pointers made, fourth in field goals made and is the PC Division I leader in assists. He is the only Presbyterian College player in DI history to accumulate over 1,000 points, 400 rebounds, and 300 assists.
After college, Reggie was able to take his talents overseas to Finland. He played in top league for two years. After playing pro he decided he wanted to give back to the game and teach young kids life skills through the game of basketball.

Will Dillard
Coach Will Dillard is a Greensboro native. He played varsity basketball at Greensboro Day School for 5 seasons. He was heavily recruited during his time in high school. He decided to continue his college basketball career at Georgia Southern University.
Coach Will has recently graduated from college (2022) and will pursue a professional career focusing on training young athletes to reach their goals on and off the basketball court. Coach Will has a lot of different specialties that he brings to Dillard Elite Training.
Coach Will’s training consists of conditioning, speed/explosion/agility, offense and defense introduction on the court, as well as film breakdown (if asked), improving basketball IQ on the court, and game-related drills and competitions.
