Sean Anderson 5’8 126 2022 Hermitage High School, Richmond VA / Cap City Ballerz AAU

Sean is a quick and intelligent playmaker, plays with great poise and is highly unselfish. He is super
athletic and is difficult to stay in front of because of his excellent quickness, his ability to stop on a dime
and then blow by a defender and his quick and crafty handle. He has excellent vision and seems to know
where everyone is on the floor at all times. Displays a great deal of intelligence and poise with the ball in
his hands and demonstrates very good ball-handling skills and natural talent in finding the open man.
Sean is at his best with the drive and dish, being able to get into the lane almost at will thanks to his
terrific speed, change of pace and ball-handling ability. He has excellent passing skills making crisp
passes to cutters and often threading the needle showing remarkable vision with no look passes, behind
the back passes, good use of bounce passes and lobs. He can make an array of passes and rarely turns the
ball over or force an ill advised pass but he does excite the crowd and delight teammates with his elite
passing talent. Sean is also a very good scorer again employing his creative ball handling skills and his
shifty basket attacking style. He can drive hard left and stop then blow by you or crossover using a basic
crossover, step back crossover or go behind his back with the dribble and blow by his defender. He has
great quickness and combines that with explosive starts and stops, quick and abrupt change of direction
moves and hesitations to keep defenders off balance. Sean can stop and pop or finish high off the glass
against taller defenders. He hits the mid range jumper with very good consistency. Sean brings great
energy defensively employing his quickness to harass ball handlers. He is quick to closeouts and trap
situations and displays great instincts and quick reaction on and off the ball. Brings ball pressure and
doesn’t get beat. Sean is an exciting playmaker whose natural instincts, passing skills and ability to break
down defenses and create offense for himself and for teammates makes him one of the more impactful
2022 guards I had the chance to see over the last two AAU seasons. There is no question he has all the
tools to continue to be a game changing floor general.
