Drake Maye, 6’4 2021 W with PSB Select – Fantastic skill set on this kid. He plays strong in traffic and in space, shows great feel for the game, and l game to the floor. Has really good touch on him and showed ability to play inside or out. This kid is a next level player all day long. Look for him to have a huge weekend and put himself on the map in the process.

Levi Leard, 6’4 2021 W with Upward Stars 15u – Smart player brings a nice stroke and size to the floor. His ability to hit from deep makes defenses extend the D and it creates opportunities for him and others to work in. Scrappy player works hard, it’s nothing to see him on the floor diving for a ball or selling out on D to make a play. These are the type of blue collar grind it out effort types coaches love.

Deante Green, 6’7 2021 F with PSB Select – Long forward prospect gives you a lot to be excited about as a prospect. Already has great size and long arms suggest even more growth is coming. Was able to do what he wanted in and around the paint but wasn’t as effective when he went to extend his range. Good news is he looks comfortable stepping out so in time we feel this part of his game will come around. What we really liked here is that he played like a big should, keeping the ball high, creating space, and doing what was expected. Lots to like here in this kid and the scary thing is, he will only get better with time. PSB has a track record of developing bigs, he looks next off that assembly line to us.

Bryson Bishop, 5’10 2021 G with Upward Stars 15u – In a game that featured a ton of length it was one of the smaller players in the game that stole the show. Kid can flat out stroke it from deep with range that extends easily past the arch. Every time he touched the ball the whole team yelled “SHOOTER” yet he was able to get his shot off anyways. A quick release and short memory are two things any good shooter has to have and he has them both. Will be challenged as he continues to move up due to size but, shooters are always in demand. As long as the jumper is falling, he will get looks.
