5’6 2019 Quinton Morton-Robertson Radford, VA Team Winston U17 NC

Quinton was easily one of our favorite players to watch so far this weekend. He is a true point guard, but has a deadly jumpshot from beyond the arc. He is not afraid to take the big shot if needed. He has good vision, good communication skills and battles hard when other teams try to take advantage of his lack of verticle stature. He will make bringing the ball up the court difficult for a taller foe. An overall good potential college student-athlete.
_____

6’5. 2018 Jordan Love Durham,NC NC RED STORM U17

Jordan is a thin, dynamic late available scorer/slasher. He can keep defenses honest with his ability to hit the 3, but he’s at his best knifing through traffic and finishing. Had a couple of offers during the season, but has elected to play this Spring to see what opportunities still may exist.

6’5 2019 Joshua Massey Indian Trail, NC PSB ELITE HAIRSTON U16

Mr Massey is a wing with a very long wing span and a fluent, left handed jump shot. This Porter Ridge HS student-athlete has a very bright future having shown the propensity to knock down shots from all 3 levels. If he adds strength he will have a chance to be absolutely outstanding.

6’1 2020 Evan Johnson Durham, NC Team CP3 U16

Listed at 6’1, Evan can impact a game like a much taller player. He’s very fast, tough and has an amazingly quick pull-up jumper. This head band wearing, scoring machine let’s the game come to him, but can take over when needed. He also very good vision and makes others on the court with him better.

6’1 2020 Camren Hayes Charlotte Dragons U16

The silent assasin. Camren is a point guard who is not overly verbose, but gets alot done on the floor. He makes timely jumpshots, puts the defense in positions where they have to help and often makes the right basketball play. Defensively, he is a good anticipator off the ball and has the ability to lock in and keep people in front of him. He is another young guard who could use more strength, but when he gets it – LOOK OUT!!!

5’10 2019 Bryson Childress Team Denver-NC U17

QUICK with the ball is the best way to describe Bryson. Don’t let his diminutive frame fool you because he finds a way to get alot done. He does a nice job reading the defense and creates opportunities for others. You also can’t afford to back off of him because he can knock down the open three with a quick release on his shot. Defensively he plays angles well and finds a way to get his hands on the ball when errant passes are thrown by the defense.

______

6’2 2019 Jackson Gabriel Team Denver-NC 17

A leader and a good communicator on the floor, this class of 2019 prospect is also one of the best shooters from beyond the arc you’ll find on the circuit. He has some limitations defensively, but has a good all around offensive game. Jackson has a thick frame and plays hard which allows him to win 50/50 ball battles.

______

6’9 2018 Justin Tene Team Vision Elite U17

This week Justin came to play. He has a very strong frame and likes to post hard on the block. He has a solid stroke from the FT line and can finish around the basket. He would benefit from some work on his verticle jump, but makes up for that deficiency through his ability to throw his body around to create space to gather a rebound or make a shot in traffic near the goal.

_____

6’0 2019 Raishaun Brown Team Vision Elite U17

Raishaun can set you up for a shot. His ability to get by his primary defender is uncanny. He has great vision and make the right basketball play when the help comes. His anomalous shooting form is still effective and allows him to keep on ball defenders honest. When he drives, if no help comes he can finish with either hand.

_____

6’6 2019 Ishan White TMP U17

BEAST MODE…..That’s what Ishan was in during the first half of his game vs. CP3 U16. He scored 21 points in 16 minutes from everywhere (dunks, mid range, FTs and of course a couple of threes). His production continued in the 2nd half, but not at the same rate. He is a powerful, explosive forward who also has a knack for blocking shots on the defensive end. He needs to continue to develop his ball handling skills. Overall, a very promising prospect.
