Phenom Hoops was out and about this week to check in on 1of1 Regional, as they bring some talent to the courts all summer long with Phenom Hoops. We were lucky enough to attend open gym practice, getting an early look at the rosters for the 16u teams. Check them out below
1of1 Regional Sanders
2028 Braylen Hubbard
Hubbard is one who can create for himself with his strong frame as well as play off the ball to knock down shots. Look for him to be a focal point with this group with his overall play.
2028 Chelan Chudgar
A prospect that gets to his spots well, brings value with his range and ability to knock down shots, and plays within the offense with a strong overall IQ.
2028 Ethan Whitehurst
Whitehurst is a strong piece that should bring value in several areas of the court. Can score when the opportunity is there, attacks well off the bounce, and is a strong finisher. Good overall feel for the game.
2028 Grant Marmer
A strong glue guy for this team that will play within the offense, can be a threat as a shooter, and doesn’t force much on the court. Competes well throughout on both ends.
2028 Jayden Daniels
Daniels has good size overall and is one who excels in the open floor. He finds ways to attack off the dribble, gets paint touches well, but can also facilitate and find open teammates. Good overall teammate as well.
2028 Luke Yett
Wasn’t available but he should be able to be a key piece for this group in helping add depth and be a weapon in a variety of ways.
2028 Preston Rubinacci
Good size and brings versatility to the court for this team. Will bring value with his ability to attack the glass, but also showed to be an effective offensive option from multiple levels.
2028 Zain Eudy
Eudy was one who stood out a lot with his energy and willingness to do what is needed for his team. Will compete, attack the glass, defend, and score when needed.
1of1 Regional Tolbert
2028 Bradley Campus
Campus was able to be a threat as a spot-up shooter, getting to his spots, and showing good range. But he is crafty enough to create and be a playmaker, as he brings an unselfish nature to the court. Should be a key piece for this team.
2028 Brando Brooks
Brooks is one who moves well without the ball, getting to his spots for his shot, and brings value in other areas for this team.
2028 Caleb Rivers
A player that is still developing, Rivers can be a key with is length and athleticism, making a defensive presence as well as running the floor and looking to finish at the rim.
2028 Chase Mitchell
Was not available, but he is one who should provide another scoring presence as well as bringing depth to this team.
2028 Grady Hayes
Hayes is a nice glue guy who plays well within the offense, does what is needed, and looks to compete on both sides of the court. He should be able to bring value in several areas.
2028 Josiah Holt
One of the primary ball handlers for this team, he is one who can attack off the bounce, find teammates well, and get downhill when needed. Handles the ball well and should be a focal piece for this team.
2028 Willy Canamare
Bring size and length for this team, as well as the ability to move without the ball. Can get to the rim, will help on the glass, and look to be an impact player in other areas.
