6’1 ’27 Landon Forrest (Fear No One)
Although other guys on this roster might receive more attention, it’s difficult to ignore all the ways Forrest makes his presence felt on both ends of the floor. He’s a long, high-motor guard with the ability to play bigger than his size and naturally overwhelm opponents with his nonstop energy. Forrest excels at filling in the gaps, doing the dirty work, and making hustle plays, but also has a useful skillset and capabilities with the ball in his hands. He’s a capable creator and scorer from all levels, but finds most of his offensive opportunities through cutting, transition play, and outworking opponents for extra possessions. Add in his strong rebounding and switchable defensive presence, and there’s certainly a lot to like.
6’4 ’27 Oshon Browman (SC Blazers)
Despite possessing the frame and physicality of a football player, Browman is a legitimate asset on the basketball court. He’s incredibly strong, tough, and naturally overwhelming. However, Browman possesses nice feel and an intriguing blend of skills. He’s a quality post-up threat with solid touch, footwork, and the ability to carve out space with relative ease. Browman finishes very well through contact and appears comfortable attacking off the bounce as needed, but also has the necessary vision to make smart passes out of the post. He’s an excellent rebounder who can simply remove opponents from his area. Browman also anchors the paint with great effort defensively.
6’2 ’27 Ely Phillips (BMSA Myers)
Between his creation skills, scoring polish, and two-way energy, there’s a lot to like about what Phillips brings to this group. He aggressively mixes it up as a scorer, showcasing a healthy mix of downhill drives, pull-up jumpers, and shots from beyond the arc. Phillips is a willing cutter and spot-up threat who is comfortable applying pressure with or without the ball in his hands. On the other end, he’s a scrappy defender who contains his assignment with energy and toughness. Phillips is a solid rebounder who knows how to push the break in transition and make quality decisions with the ball.
6’0 ’27 Brayden Mack (Upward Stars Columbia)
Anyone who has watched this Upward Stars Columbia squad should already know the value that Mack brings to this team as a reliable, steady two-way floor general. He’s a smart, unselfish point guard who offers excellent balance between scoring and playmaking. Mack dictates the action with great pace, showing the ability to break down opponents, touch the paint, and make proper reads with the ball in his hands. He’s a willing playmaker who sees the floor well as a passer and consistently sets up teammates in scoring positions. Mack can also mix it up as a scorer from all levels, and does a nice job of picking his spots within the flow of the offense. He also defends the point of attack well and forces turnovers at a nice rate.
