When you talk about North Carolina, several names pop out. Tjay Brunson continues to rise with his potential, while Kenyon St. Louis continues to shine as a true premier point guard. Below them, several familiar faces continue to impress and fill out a deep class in North Carolina.
As far as South Carolina, Antoine Caughman still stands at No. 1, but right behind him sit CJ Moore and now Kaleb Allen, with Allen making a big jump after an impressive showing this summer so far. RJ Davis also finds his name in the Top-100 list, giving the state four premier prospects
