2026 6’2 Luke Kring (Moravian Prep): A new name certainly for me at the High School Jamboree was 6’2 Luke Kring at Moravian Prep Regional. He caught our attention early on with a 30-point showing to start the day and then backed it up with a 37-point burst as well, knocking down a ton of shots from the perimeter and being a threat from behind the arc. He can be a big-time weapon off the ball with his shot-making ability, displaying a fluid and confident release. But he can make plays off the bounce as well.

2025 6’7 Tahn Bustamante (TPLS): Bustamante is a player we have actually watched before and grabbed our attention.  So we are here to say that this is a prospect to put on your list and check out just a bit more. He is a 6’7 fluid prospect who moves well, runs the floor well, and stays engaged throughout. Bustamante does his best in scoring around the basket, whether it is finishing at the rim or just being an active fluid forward who shows touch.  With his mobility, he runs the floor well from end to end, beating opponents and finding ways to get to the free-throw line as well.

2027 6’8 Noah Dobyns (Wesleyan Christian): We are putting Dobyns on this list because he may be a prospect that many have heard but also may be a new name for so many others as well. Already holding a D1 offer, Dobyns is such an intriguing young prospect who will certainly find his name as one of the top players in his class. He brings size, fluidity, explosiveness, and shooting ability to the court; and he is just scratching the surface of what he may ultimately become down the road. Dobyns gives a lot of early flashes and a great feel for the game for a player standing around 6’8 or so.

2027 6’4 Romain Boyer (Concord Academy): Boyer is a new name here in North Carolina and he showed some good flashes of what he could bring to the table for his team. Concord Academy already has good balance, but Boyer comes from France, shows that he has a good IQ for the game, makes good decisions, brings good positional size as well as athleticism, can knock down open shots from multiple levels, and impacts the game in a variety of ways. We are eager to see more of him this season, but he is a new name to jot down and check out more this season.
