No. 3 4’11” 2022 Tamia Morris of Luther Nick Middle School (Fayetteville, NC)
Morris is a smaller guard but she has all the tools to ultimately be a high level player. She shows the ability to put the ball on the floor and is able to get to the basket. Her mid-range shot is good plus she was one of the faster players attending the event. Morris’ camp coach stated, “Tamia, overall, will be a good high school player.”
No. 8 5’3” 2019 Kendra Quarles of Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC)
Quarles came into the event quiet but once the games started she was ready to play. She has the ability to get to the basket and finish. Plus she showed signs of being a good shooter. Quarles’ camp coach stated, “I really enjoyed having Kendra on my team.”
No. 11 5’4” 2020 Sania Harris of Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC)
Harris was one of the better ball handlers in the event. She attacked the basket with a purpose and understood when to shoot her jump shot. Her mid-range game was consistent and she played very good defense, especially on the ball. Harris’ camp coach stated, “Sania had a great attitude. Overall, she was a great team player. She thanked me after the event and that shows the type of person she is.”
No. 19 5’7” 2021 Montasia Jones of Pine Forest High School (Fayetteville, NC)
Jones is quite the scrappy player who carries a very quick first step with the ball in her hands. Along with that quickness, she displayed good 3-point range off the catch. Jones has good strength and is a good on the ball defender. Jones’ camp coach stated, “I have no doubt Montasia will become a great player because of her work ethic.”
No. 24 5’7” 2021 TJ Eichelberger of Saint Paul’s High School (Saint Paul’s, NC)
Eichelberger show signs to be a really good long range shooter and scorer. She attacked the basket with a purpose and has the ability to finish around the rim. She is very impressive also on the defensive end as she was routinely called on to defend the opposing teams best player. Eichelberger’s camp coach stated, “TJ has great upside as she is already productive at a young age. College coaches should start looking at her as she is tracking to play the game after high school.”
No. 29 5’9” 2020 Adira Abduallah of Myers Park High School (Charlotte, NC)
Abdullah played hard for every minute she was on the court. She seemingly won every 50/50 ball and proved to be a very active rebounder. We loved her leadership qualities both on and off the court and comes by that naturally. Abdullah’s camp coach stated, “Adira was great to coach, she came up and thanked me after the event which shows the type of person she is. She was a hero worker and an absolute joy to coach.”
No. 35 5’10” 2021 Jasmon Sheilah-Marie Nolin of Northwood Temple (Fayetteville, NC)
Nolin showed signs of toughness from the very start of the game, and that trait kept showing throughout the day. She has good looking mechanics on her jump shot as well as good court awareness and vision. Nolin’s camp coach stated, “I enjoyed having Jasmon on my team. She has a lot of natural tools and as she grows older and becomes more aggressive…Watch Out!”
No. 40 5’10” 2021 Maya Henry of Hickory Ridge High School (Harrisburg, NC)
Henry was one of the more forceful post players at the camp. She displayed advanced moves both facing up and with her back to the basket. Henry shot the ball well from the high post with good touch. Henry’s camp coach stated, “Maya has a lot of upside. She has great tools and with her touch as continues to age she could extend her range to become a real threat as a pick and pop 3-point shooter. She even took multiple charges. I really enjoyed coaching her today.”
No. 44 6’ 2020 Somer Wilson of Comenius School (Mooresville, NC)
We were quickly able to identify Wilson as one of the top performers in the camp. She has great length, is quite agile and is very athletic. She was able to attack the rim from the wing as well as consistently shoot it from 3-point range. Wilson’s camp coach stated “Wilson is a true talent and one college coaches need to start looking at now. She has great tools and gives great effort.”
No. 60 6’1 2020 Iyania Evans of Fayetteville Christian (Fayetteville, NC)
Evans showed great leadership from the start of camp to the finish. She showed the ability to handle the ball very well and is a good rebounder and rim protector. She has good feet and a great skill set. Evans camp coach stated, “Iyania had a great event. She was very nimble for a player her size and showed moments of being very tough to guard, a mismatch. She was a good leader.”
