No. 37 5’1 ’19 Bryce Carmack (Sumter HS/SC)

Bryce may have been one of the smaller players in attendance, but that didn’t hamper him from making plays. Coach Renfrow stated, “Bryce showed good mental composure throughout the day. He was undersized but didn’t back down from any opponent. He made plays with his passing and court vision.” We were impressed with his heart and passion demonstrated at camp.

No. 66 5’9 ’19 Landon Sutton (NW Guilford HS/NC)

Landon displayed good leadership and the ability to run his team both in transition and in the half court. He has good fundamentals and sports a high basketball IQ. Coach Renfrow stated, “ Landon has good court vision and was able to hit the 3-pointer as well as the midrange. He was really good in the pick and roll which created space for his teammates.” The next step in his development is to work on his lateral quickness.

 

No. 94 5’10 ’17 Demetrius Butler (Western Guilford/NC)

From the opening tip to the final play, Demetrius played with a high motor throughout the day. He has energy and demonstrated outstanding leadership. Coach Renfrow stated, “Demetrius always gave us a spark when needed and kept the team in high spirits. He has a good pull up jump shot and great sense of urgency on the court.” We were impressed with his ability to hit big shots especially in transition. Avg. 14 PPG

 

No. 125 6’0 ’17 Brendan Kowalewski (Georgetown School of Arts, SC)

Brendan does so many things well on the court. He’s a well-rounded player that sports a high basketball IQ and proper understanding of the game. Coach Renfrow stated, “Brendan has many good attributes that allow him to dictate the pace of the game. He has a great shot and overall court awareness.” Brendan played within the team structure and played very unselfish.

 

No. 127 6’0 ’18 Blan Hodges (Alexander Central HS/ NC)

Blan is the perfect glue guy every coach cherishes. He can dribble, pass and shoot. He has the ability to catch and shoot and knock down 3-pointers with consistency. More importantly, Blan is a great teammate and plays within the team structure. Coach Renfrow stated, “Blan was active throughout the day. He was involved in every play and made things happen.” Overall, Blan is a low risk, high return player.
