No. 35 2024 Quay Watson (Charlotte, NC) Mr. Playmaker'
The southpaw had an outstanding camp doing it on both ends of the court. The crafty and cerebral scoring “point guard” sliced and diced the defense whether it was making precise and timely passes or knocking down 3-pointers with high efficiency. Watson was the camp’s most productive player and averaged a camp high 27 PPG. That being said, we were equally impressed with his “pitch ahead” passes and ability to make the correct play time and time again.
No. 52 2024 Zion Walker (Graham, NC) Camp MVP'
Simply put, Zion Walker is a gifted, talented, and athletic young player. He sports a physically mature frame, strong and powerful legs along with natural basketball instincts. Walker is terrific in the open court, where he utilizes his strength, speed and ability to get and finish at the rim. While Walker averaged 18 PPG, he rebounded, hustled, defended and just did a little bit of everything well.
