Jorden Davis had an enjoyable spring season with his CEBA travel ball basketball team. Last season for Durham Academy, Jorden averaged 16.5 PPG. His play earned him a spot in the Super Sixty Showcase and a crowd-pleasing dunk that about closed the gym down.

Jorden was terrific at the Spring Hoop Fest and he followed up with an equal or better performance at the Grassroots TOC. The super athletic and bouncy point guard can score from all spots on the court. He has the ability to get to the rim and finish with authority (See above You Tube highlight). In addition, he has a nice midrange jump shot accompanied with the ability to knock down 3-pointers with consistency.

Jordan has averaged over 20 PPG at both the Spring Hoop Fest and the Grassroots TOC. We were impressed with his poise and maturity, but more importantly his tenacity and intensity he displayed on both ends of the court. While his offensive performances at both events have been impressive, we have also been impressed with willingness to play tough hardnosed defense. He has excellent anticipation and has a knack for stepping into the passing lanes for steals.

Since his performances at the Grassroots TOC, his recruitment has picked up and now is being recruited by various D1 schools. He has a nice combination of academic and athleticism along with a matching skill set that will make him a super attractive prospect at the next level.
