Team 3
Coach: Chris Ewell
#5: 5’4 ’26 Stephanie Mobley (North Mecklenburg)

Starting off, Stephanie Mobley is a 5-foot-4 prospect in the Class of 2026. Regardless of setting, she always seems to stand out through her motor, unselfishness, and leadership by example. Mobley is a smart guard with the necessary vision and quickness to consistently create shots for herself and others. She sets the tone extremely well defensively. Next in her development process is working on the use of her off-hand, as it would make her a more complete player. Coach Ewell on Mobley: “Stephanie is a lead guard who does a good job of getting downhill and making plays. Plays hard on both ends of the floor. One thing you know you will get from Stephanie is effort. She showed some flashes of a nice pull-up game and set shot from three. Strong, tough, defensive playmaking guard.” Mobley proved to be an asset throughout camp and should be poised for a notable senior season at North Meck.
#16: 5’6 ’27 KaLeiya Jones (North Mecklenburg)

Next, KaLeiya Jones is a 5-foot-6 prospect in the Class of 2027. Given her reliable, impactful presence on both ends of the floor, it was easy to appreciate everything he brought to this team. Jones is a polished creator, both for herself and others, with the ability to apply consistent pressure from all levels. She also defends with energy and aggressiveness. Next in her development process is working on her ability to move without the ball, as it would open her up to even more scoring opportunities. Coach Ewell on Jones: “KaLeiya has good size and strength on the perimeter and doesn’t hesitate to shoot it. Confident ball-handler and willing passer. Rebounds well for her position. She was at her best attacking the rim in transition but has the skill to create her own look at times.” Jones did a lot of things well during camp and should be a key piece for North Meck over the next two seasons.
#39: 5’8 ’27 Rihanna Gregory (Eastern Alamance)

Next, Rihanna Gregory is a 5-foot-8 prospect in the Class of 2027. There were several highly skilled, well-rounded campers on display, and she was easily among that grouping. Gregory utilizes her handle and quick first step to reliably break down opponents off the bounce. She showed the ability to score from all levels, both as a creator and off-ball threat. Next in her development process is working on her playmaking sense, as it would make her an even more polished creator. Coach Ewell on Gregory: “Rihanna was one of the most skilled guards on the team. She knows how to get to her spots. Tends to overdribble at times trying to make things happen, but creates well in transition, can knock down shots from the midrange, and showed the ability to be able to consistently stretch the floor in the future. Rihanna can work on her on-ball defense and playmaking for others.” Gregory stood out as a clear difference-maker at camp and should only continue to trend upward over the next two seasons.
#47: 5’9 ’26 Charmaine Dixon (South Central)

Next, Charmaine Dixon is a 5-foot-9 prospect in the Class of 2026. In a setting where touches aren’t necessarily guaranteed, she consistently found ways to make an impact with or without the ball in her hands. Dixon has the size, skill, and athleticism to be a versatile piece on both ends of the floor. She mixed it up well offensively while defending multiple positions and highlighting her instincts on the glass. Next in her development process is working on the use of her off-hand, as it would make her a more complete player. Coach Ewell on Dixon: “Charmaine is a versatile player who can contribute inside and out. She looked good attacking the rim. Rebounded well when she gave effort. Displayed the ability to guard multiple positions. She’s strong, physical, and possesses solid touch.” Dixon enjoyed a quality showing at camp and should be poised for a strong senior season with South Central.
#52: 5’9 ’27 Emma Hughes (Cardinal Gibbons)

Next, Emma Hughes is a 5-foot-9 prospect in the Class of 2027. Given her understanding of how to reliably fill in the gaps, it’s easy to see her impact. Hughes is a steady, unselfish piece with nice size and the ability to thrive without requiring the ball in her hands. Hughes is a nice perimeter shooter who knows how to find open seams within the defense and capitalize. She also makes the extra pass and provides quality effort on defense. Next in her development process is working to become a craftier ball-handler, as it would make her a more dynamic creator. Coach Ewell on Hughes: “Even though Emma did not shoot it well, you can see the potential as a catch-and-shoot player. She has decent size, plays hard, and moves well without the ball. Vocal in every game. She made good cuts and passes, and tried to find ways to help her team any way she could.” Hughes maximized her opportunities at camp and should be a key piece for Cardinal Gibbons going forward.
#66: 5’10 ’27 Madison French (Chapel Hill)

Next, Madison French is a 5-foot-10 prospect in the Class of 2027. Given all the ways she contributed, she arguably stood out as one of the more consistent pieces on this team. She’s smart, unselfish, and possesses nice size. French knows how to cut and spot-up without the ball to find opportunities within the flow of the action. She makes the extra pass, does the dirty work, and knocks down jumpers at a respectable rate. Next in her development process is working on getting stronger, as it would make her a better finisher through contact. Coach Ewell on French: “Madison had some really good moments stretching the floor, defending bigger players, and playing the game the right way. She gave effort on the glass, didn’t force any actions, and proved to be solid at guarding ball screens. Good role piece!” French found a lot of success during her time at camp and should be a difference-maker for Chapel Hill over the next two seasons.
#74: 6’1 ’26 Zihanna Lightfoot (North Pitt)

Finishing up, Zihanna Lightfoot is a 6-foot-1 prospect in the Class of 2026. Given her array of tools, it’s easy to see her potential on both ends of the floor. Lightfoot is a very strong post player with the size to overwhelm opponents in various ways. She plays hard and doesn’t shy away from physicality around the basket. Next in her development process is working to improve her conditioning, as it would make her a more reliable player. Coach Ewell on Lightfoot: “In order to maximize her abilities, Zihanna has to get in better shape. She struggled at times with the speed and pace of the game, but wants to make the effort to get involved. Just a decent rebounder right now but can get better. She has good touch around the basket and a nice midrange jumper. Zihanna plays physical at times and does a good job of talking on defense.” Lightfoot showcased a variety of flashes and should be a very productive piece for North Pitt this season.
