#4: 5’4 ’26 London Haith (Ben L. Smith)

First up, London Haith is a 5-foot-4 prospect in the Class of 2026. Though small, she provides a highly impactful presence on both ends of the floor. Haith displays excellent energy and an unselfish approach to the game. She’s a quality playmaker and shooting threat from distance, but doesn’t require the ball to be effective. Haith is also a pesky defender with quickness and toughness at the point of attack. Next in her development process is working on getting stronger, as it would make her a better finisher through contact. Coach Bolton on Haith: “London plays 100% at all times. She plays a high-tempo game and looks to push the break. Very good outside shooting threat. Quick off the dribble. Court to clock awareness.” Haith did a lot of things well throughout camp and should be poised for a productive senior season at Ben L. Smith.
#17: 5’6 ’27 Leia Rios (Knightdale)

Next, Leia Rios is a 5-foot-6 prospect in the Class of 2027. In addition to her high IQ, nonstop motor, and unselfishness, she stood out as one of the best shooters on display. Rios is a steady, well-rounded piece who can handle the ball, set up others, and finish around the basket. However, her ability to spot-up and consistently knock down jumpers from midrange and beyond the arc is what makes her such an asset. Although Rios consistently took advantage of her opportunities, she also made the extra pass whenever necessary. Next in her development process is working on getting quicker, as it would make her a better on-ball defender. Coach Bolton on Rios: “Leia is a knockdown shooter! She is excellent from any range. Leia sees the floor well and possesses a high IQ. Always makes the correct basketball play.” Rios played extremely well to her strengths during camp and should be a major asset for Knightdale over the next two seasons.
#27: 5’7 ’27 Faith Yon (Durham School of the Arts)

Next, Faith Yon is a 5-foot-7 prospect in the Class of 2027. Given her fairly well-rounded identity, she had no issue finding ways to fill in the gaps for this group. Yon showed the ability to do a little bit of everything. She hit jumpers, touched the paint, and played with consistent energy on both ends of the floor. Yon does a nice job of pursuing rebounds and making hustle plays defensively. Next in her development process is working to get stronger, as it would make her a better finisher through contact. Coach Bolton on Yon: “Faith has the ability to get to the rim with her quick first step. She displays a high basketball IQ and overall knowledge of the game. Stays engaged in games.” Yon found ways to make her presence felt at camp and will be a useful piece for Durham School of the Arts going forward.
#41: 5’8 ’27 Isabella Snipes (Greensboro Day)

Next, Isabella Snipes is a 5-foot-8 prospect in the Class of 2027. Between her well-rounded skillset, quality defensive presence, and list of intangibles, it’s easy to appreciate what she brings to a team. Snipes is a smart, high-motor piece with nice quickness and the ability to make an impact without requiring the ball. She can mix it up offensively, able to knock down open jumpers or make the extra pass. Snipes is a scrappy defender who outworks opponents to make hustle plays. Next in her development process is working on the use of her off-hand, as it would make her a more complete player. Coach Bolton on Snipes: “Isabella is a great team player with excellent defensive prowess. She’s able to guard multiple positions at an above-average level. Isabella is a player with big upside.” Snipes found success during camp and should be a key piece for Greensboro Day over the next two seasons.
#42: 5’8 ’27 Jakayla Palmer (Southern Durham)

Next, Jakayla Palmer is a 5-foot-8 prospect in the Class of 2027. In addition to her quality skillset, her unselfish, high-motor approach led to constant involvement on both ends of the floor. Palmer is a quick, heady player with nice feel and the malleable identity to find success alongside any collection of teammates. She does a little bit of everything on offense while utilizing her energy and toughness to overwhelm opponents defensively. Next in her development process is working on the use of her off-hand, as it would make her a more complete player. Coach Bolton on Palmer: “Jakayla is a very energetic player who can be explosive at times. She would fit perfectly on any roster as a quick slashing guard.” Palmer did a lot of things well during her time at camp and will be a difference-maker for Southern Durham going forward.
#44: 5’8 ’27 Olivia Yancey (NC GBB)

Next, Olivia Yancey is a 5-foot-8 prospect in the Class of 2027. Although she showcased a polished identity with tons of appeal on both ends of the floor, her leadership qualities arguably stood out as much as anything. Yancey is smart, unselfish, and understands how to set the tone through her approach. She touches the paint and makes the right read with consistency, but can also finish or knock down jumpers. She’s also a nice defender at the point of attack. Next in her development process is working on her ability to move without the ball, as it would make her a more complete player. Coach Bolton on Yancey: “Olivia has a nice midrange game with a quick first step that allows her to get to the rim at will. She talks on offense and defense. Displays the ability to guard multiple positions.” Yancey proved to be an asset throughout camp and should remain a focal point for NC GBB.
#59: 5’10 ’26 Ashlyn Hudson (Southern Durham)

Next, Ashlyn Hudson is a 5-foot-10 prospect in the Class of 2026. Although there were several notable post players on display, she was clearly among the best. Hudson is strong, skilled, and able to physically overwhelm opponents around the basket. She positions herself for success, both on the block and as a rebounder, and knows how to outwork others for extra possessions. Hudson can also knock down perimeter jumpers at a respectable rate. She blocks and alters shots very well defensively. Next in her development process is working to improve her vision, as it would make her a more complete player. Coach Bolton on Hudson: “Ashlyn is a well-rounded team player. She has a nice midrange game and finishes well around the basket. Ashlyn is a player who is able to take charge in the post. She has a very powerful post presence.” Hudson made a lasting impression with her play at camp and should be a leader for Southern Durham this season.
#65: 5’10 ’27 Aliyah Herndon (Southern Durham)

Finishing up, Aliyah Herndon is a 5-foot-10 prospect in the Class of 2027. Clearly one of the top performers on this team, she stood out as a problem for opponents on both ends of the floor. Herndon scored from all levels, took advantage of her size around the basket, and controlled the glass as a rebounder. She defended the post well and blocked shots at a quality rate. Herndon consistently found ways to impact all facets of the game. Next in her development process is working on the use of her off-hand, as it would make her a more complete player. Coach Bolton on Herndon: “Aliyah is a very engaged and energetic forward with a high basketball IQ. She possesses an above-average ability to guard both bigger and smaller opponents. All-around highly impactful player. Aliyah is a coach’s dream.” Herndon showcased flashes of dominance throughout camp and should be poised for a highly productive junior season at Southern Durham.
