There was plenty of talent on display at the Phenom Grassroots TOC, including CP3 EYBL 2026, who got their summer underway for the first time at the event. This is a team that has a lot of expectations coming into the season, and we were able to get our first viewing of the team. After an impressive 25-point win vs. Drifty Elite, one couldn’t help but walk away and wonder if CP3 EYBL 2026 is proving early to be the top dog.
2026 Cole Cloer
2026 Dionte Neal
2026 Q Williams
2026 Kohl Rosario
2026 Kendre Harrison
2026 Will Stevens
2027 JR Adams
2026 Toot Clay
2026 Jaire Richburg
At the guard position, CP3 will be having two big-time talents in Dionte Neal and Q Williams. Both are coming off huge seasons and play bigger than listed. Neal has been one of the top point guards in the region for some time now, and with him teaming up with Williams, these two will look to run the show, be effective scorers and facilitators, and lead the team on both ends.
Then you look at players like 2026 Cole Cloer and 2026 Kohl Rosario, with Cloer showcasing how efficient he can be at 6’7 with his shot-making, scoring ability, and overall skillset. Rosario has been rising up the ranks with his athleticism and scoring, andhe will be another one that can fill it up in a variety of ways. 2026 Toot Clay brings versatility and athleticism to the court, 2026 Jaire Richburg brings a ton of value with his physical play, his assertiveness, and scoring capabilities, and 2027 JR Adams looks to round out the roster and bring value with his shot-making and playmaking.
CP3 will also have two of the top big men in the state of NC, with 2026 Kendre Harrison being an absolute force around the basket. One of the most physically gifted prospects, Harrison simply bullies defenders in the paint and on the glass. 2026 Will Stevens is a 6’11 prospect that not only can be a defensive presence in altering shots but flourishes with his size in the paint and also stretching the floor with his face-up game.
We were eager to see what this team would look like this year to start the summer, and they made a statement with an impressive win vs. Drifty Elite. Again, there will be a lot of expectations early on, but they certainly made a statement in saying they could be top dogs early on once again.
