Over the holiday weekend, Phenom Hoops was back at it again check out the talent on deck at the PhenomMDC. It was a loaded event that brought us some familiar faces but also a few new ones that really took advantage of the platform. One player that opened our eyes and definitely put himself on the radar in the class of 2025. 6’2 Curtis Jackson from White Oak high school and from Truth Elite is a new name on our list, and when diving more into his stats from this past season, this kid is all about production.

In 18 games last year as a freshman, he was a starter for the Vikings, playing in 18 games and averaging 10.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.4 steals. Furthermore, when speaking to his Coach Pittsley, he also mentioned that he is one of the primary defenders for his team.

At the event, Jackson really showed his all-around impact on the floor, whether it was scoring the ball, penetrating and getting inside, attacking the boards, and making plays for himself and others, all while also defending bigger opponents at times as well.

Jackson is one that should start getting more attention and be on more radars early on, as he has a chance to be one of those gems from the east coast that college coaches really hear more about the more he develops and grows.
