6'3' 2021 Camden Burden Sevier County Select (#2)
4.0 GPA- Burden is a 3 sport athlete. As a Freshman, He was a 2 way
starter on his varsity football team (QB/DB) and a starter on his
varsity High School basketball team. He is very versatile on the
court playing the 2-5 positions. He is an excellent rebounder and a
great defender who will sacrifice his body to draw charges. Takes
pride in defense with constant communication by calling out
screens, shooters/ cutters, and giving help. During the high school
season he led his team in rebounds and charges drawn. He was
voted to the All District and All County Team
6'3' 2020 Wesley Maples Sevier County Select (#24)
3.75 GPA- Maples is an excellent scorer with a deadly midrange
jump shot off the dribble. On his high school team, he led his team
in scoring with an average of 14 points per game. He is a great
shooter from behind the arc and is almost automatic from the free
throw line. He has a high basketball I.Q. and was voted All-District,
All-Tournament (District tourney), TN Prep Hoops All-Region
Team, and All County Team.
6'4' 2020 Camden McElhaney Sevier County Select (#5)
4.0 GPA/ 22 ACT – McElhaney is a 3 sport athlete. He primarily
plays the 3 or 4 and has great range shooting the ball. He is a tough
matchup with his size, speed, and shooting ability. He was a starter
who led his high school team in 3pt shots made this past season. He
has great passing skills while attacking the rim. He is a good
rebounder with a high basketball I.Q. He was voted to the All-
Tournament Team (District tourney), and All County Team.
6'3' 2021 Tyler Wilson Sevier County Select (#32)
3.75 GPA – Wilson is a 2 sport athlete. He is a warrior on the boards
and is just now coming into his own. He is an undersized 5 man that
plays bigger than he looks. He is a physical defender that plays with
great effort. He had limited varsity experience on his high school
team this year, but he is a player on the rise.
6' 2021 Diontaye Mckinley Sevier County Select (#1)
3.7 GPA – McKinley had a breakout year for his high school team
starting at point guard. He averaged 8 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists,
& 4 steals per game. He is an athletic left handed scoring point
guard who has a good 3 point shot. He plays the point guard
position with great pace and change of speed.
