East Lincoln was a program we were eager to see more of this weekend at the Phenom 828 Showcase, getting another chance to check out talent and learn a new name. 2025 6’7 Jackson Fannon continues to be one of the clear leaders of this group, being a tough matchup on the court with his offensive capabilities. We also learned about 2027 6’4 Jaxon Dollar, a prospect that is off to a strong start this season and should garner more eyes his way. We dive into both of these player’s games from what we saw at the event.

2025 6’7 Jackson Fannon

Fannon is one that we have mentioned a few times in the past and he continues to find ways to flourish in a variety of ways. One can’t deny that a 6’7 prospect who is comfortable in operating from behind the arc certainly should attract some eyes, as Fannon can open the floor from the perimeter. Fannon gets to his spot, rises well over defenders, and shows a consistent release that can be effective from behind the arc. He also finds ways to help in other areas such as rebounding and defending.

2027 6’4 Jaxon Dollar

Dollar was a newer name for us at Phenom Hoops, but he certainly was one that garnered our attention and should be one to monitor more. For a sophomore, he has a great frame and is extremely athletic, displaying that on several occasions when he was throwing it down or even blocking shots defensively. The two-sport athlete though is able to operate from multiple levels, scoring out in transition, finishing through contact or at the rim, and is comfortable in knocking down shots from a variety of levels. He can also be a versatile piece defensively with his 6’4 strong frame, guarding smaller or bigger opponents. He has had a strong start to the season and should be one to check out more.
