The NBPA Top 100 Camp has come and gone in Rock Hill (SC), and there are plenty of storylines from the event overall. Some of the top players from around the country took the courts to showcase their talent, catch the eyes of college coaches, and improve their stock.

Though there were many that did just that, 2026 6’8 Quinn Costello may be the biggest riser from the event as he came out ready to go early and often at the event. Before the month of June, Costello held multiple offers from schools like San Diego, Columbia, Saint Louis, and others. But since the start of the month with his showing at multiple events, schools have been flocking his way and making him a high priority in the Class of 2026.

Vanderbilt, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Virginia Tech, Penn State, Purdue, Michigan, Texas, Boston College, Providence, Michigan State, Syracuse, Texas A&M, Maryland, and Northwestern have all offered in the last two weeks, with what they saw in his game.

Costello finished the NBPA Top 100 Camp averaging 14.8ppg, 5.2rpg, and shooting 52 percent from the floor overall and from behind the arc, displaying an impressive ability to score the ball from all levels of the court. Watching him in action, Costello came out quickly and showed his range, operating well in pick-and-pop situations, making the defense pay in leaving him open from behind the arc. He showed that consistently throughout, finishing the event going 16-for-31 as a 6’8 prospect. Costello’s comfort level in stretching the floor was impressive, but his overall efficiency on the court was outstanding.

His impact and overall play have come from just slowing things down and making the game simple. “I’ve found that I’m just thinking less and just going out there to play basketball, do what I need to do best has worked for me,” Costello told Phenom Hoops. “Really just simplifying the game.”

There is no doubt about… everything looks to be clicking at the right time for Costello, and he will be one of the BIGGEST stock risers in the Class of 2026 by many outlets. He is in the midst of a major recruiting surge based on his shooting, versatility, athleticism, and efficiency on the court. The next question is, who will be next to get in line as far as an offer?
