Carolina Elite continues to showcase a strong foundation of young talent, with several prospects already proving they are names to monitor in the coming years. This group brings a mix of skill, competitiveness, and developing upside, showing early signs of what they can become as they progress. Whether it’s playmaking guards, versatile wings, or impactful all-around players, Carolina Elite is building a pipeline of talent that college programs will eventually have firmly on their radar.

2030 Tripp Griffin

Griffin is one that we have continued to highlight to start the season, and he has consistently performed at a high level in helping lead this team. He is a talented, physical, and relentless guard who constantly attacks the basket, getting downhill and embracing contact. Griffin plays well within the offense, bringing a high IQ to the floor, making good reads, attacking when possible, and being active all over the court.

2030 Landon Moore

Moore is a new name personally for me, but I was impressed with the young big man, and I think he is going to be a name that starts growing more and more in his class. He presents good size at 6’4 early on, but it is the way he operates and what he provides that caught my eye. Offensively, he knows how to be a big man, whether it is finding his spots down low, seeing the floor well, and understanding how to operate within the offense. Moore shows a soft touch and strong activity on the glass, while also being a tremendous defensive presence in blocking shots.

2030 Brady Fiorenza

What a championship showing for this young man, as he put on an impressive scoring show to lead his team. Throughout the event, though, he presents a strong scoring presence with his ability to post smaller guards, knock down shots from outside, and create off the bounce, displaying a strong multi-level scoring presence for his team.

2030 Syncere Joyner

Joyner is a talented lead guard who plays with a strong sense of aggression and purpose. He shows a high basketball IQ and stays well-conditioned, allowing him to impact the game consistently. Joyner can knock down open shots, attack downhill effectively with either hand, and embraces the defensive identity of his team, making him a reliable two-way presence on the court.

2030 Davis Hughes

Hughes was another guard who earned my attention, especially with his ability to create for others. He is a crafty ball-handler on the court, keeping defenders guessing with his change of direction and pace, and making high IQ finds in setting up his teammates. Strong creator for others as well as being able to produce for himself at times.
