Standouts:
AL Brown

2022 6’3 Kheni Briggs
Coming off a 32-point performance, Briggs came in looking to continue his great start. The sophomore guard plays with great physicality and really can get downhill with his frame. He has an incredible explosion and it is hard to keep him out of the paint. As a guard, he plays with tremendous strength, taking and bouncing off contact to finish multiple times. Briggs continues to work on his perimeter game and it shows, as he displayed confidence with a smooth stroke from deep. The defense really tried to lock him down and take him out of the game but he still was able to play his game. Stats: 22 points, 10 rebs
2020 6’0 Mi’Keim Moore
The wiry guard played well inside and out. Moore has solid length with his bounce, finishing some tough buckets around the rim as well as getting out in transition. Really enjoyed watching the energy he brought his team and his ability to impact the game in multiple ways. Stats: 10 points
2020 6’6 JD Glenn/ 2020 6’2 Dujon Eccles
Glenn is a versatile forward for AL Brown, as he has a solid feel with his back to the basket in the paint as well as being able to step out with his mid-range game. Glenn has the ability to put the ball on the floor and finish around the rim. He also rebounded the ball well. Eccles is a big-bodied forward that did his damage around the rim. He was physical and played bully ball down in the paint time and time again. Eccles produced on the boards and scored the ball well. Stats: 11 points each
Mooresville
2022 KC Shaw
Shaw is only a sophomore but the young man plays tough on the floor. He is a lengthy prospect that has bounce to his step and doesn’t back down from anyone. Shaw stays in attack mode. He has a quick first step and can finish at the rim. He also uses his long arms to rebound the ball well. Keep an eye on this young man for Mooresville.
