The high school season is quickly approaching here in North Carolina, and we are looking at an array of topics before the season starts. Looking at the Class of 2025, there are plenty of seniors who are looking to make a final statement for their school. Here, we take a look at a few seniors that we expect to have big years and should garner the interest of many, as they look to lead the charge.
2025 Jayden Little (Anson)
When you talk about a guard who is looking to have yet ANOTHER big season, Little at Anson High School would be one to really keep an eye on. He has been a proven prospect over the years, as he has averaged nearly 20ppg throughout his high school career and is coming off a junior season in which he averaged 29.4ppg. Watching him time after time, he is one who simply knows how to fill it up, scoring off the bounce, creating for himself, knocking down shots from an array of levels, and understanding how to lead offensively. We expect him to do much of the same as a senior.
2025 Caiden Brewer (East Henderson)
Brewer had a very good summer for Team Swish and he has continued to play at a high level for quite some time now. In back-to-back high school seasons, Brewer has been averaging 20 points or more for his team, but also being a true leader in a variety of areas. He brings an assertive offensive game, attacking off the bounce, mixing it up in scoring and creating, and bringing a well-rounded game to the court. Brewer excels in transition and finishes well through contact, while also showing good athleticism to his game.
2025 Mason Dobie (First Flight)
Dobie has been a proven prospect for First Flight throughout his high school career and now as a senior, the guard hopes to light it up one last time as a senior. Dobie is coming off a junior season in which he averaged 23.4ppg, showing his ability to create, get to his spots, and be a big threat from multiple areas on the court. He is a big threat from behind the arc, hitting 92 threes on the season and looking to add more. First Flight can fill it up and Dobie should be the clear leader once again.
