2024 6’2 Peter Moye (CC Elite Cook) is a flat out scorer. This kid can score the basketball from all three levels. He has a high IQ and plays with so much confidence. He understands angles, how to move and cut without the ball in his hands and how to get to the basket and use his body to score. Finish the first half with 21 points. Peter Moye is a crafty guard who can shoot, also is very aggressive looking to score. If you allow him to get going it will be a long night for you. Peter Moye can fill it up!! Peter finished the game with a stellar performance scoring 30 points!!
2024 6’0 Jordan Vick (Team Trezz) is one of the most exciting players to watch in class of 2024. He’s freakishly athletic with a long wingspan. He finishes at the rim with contact using either hand. He has a smooth feel to his game with a very nice handle. High motor guard that can score the ball. Jordan mid range game is lethal, he can break his defender down and stop on the dime creating space knocking the jumper down. Jordan wows the crowd with his offensive savviness, he’s a lockdown defender who will guard you baseline to baseline 94 feet.
2024 6’3 Micah Gilbert (psb) does it again at Phenom Summer Finale, he is a man amongst boys in the 14u division. He is very exciting to watch and looking for the next highlight play. He’s a strong athletic guard who can do it all. His knowledge of the game is very high. He understands when to push the tempo and when to slow the game down. He controls the flow of the game. When he’s scoring, it’s a long night for the opponents. He leaves it all on the floor every night. Micah Gilbert finished with 23 points in the win!!
2023 6’5 Marcus Brown (Team Charlotte) Team Charlotte have something special in this kid. He is very talented, he can score the basketball, and he plays with active hands on the defensive end. Marcus is a vocal leader on the court. He is the motor to this Charlotte team. He sees the floor well when attacking the basket making the right pass. Marcus finish the game with 21 points scoring from all over the floor.
2024 6’3 Alex Olander (Team Thrill) does it again scoring 30 points in today’s match up against Team Charlotte. He is a must watch player, he dominates the paint in every game he plays in. He is never rushed, he takes what the defense gives him. Alex is the ideal player that A college coach would love to have. He is a team leader when he is on the floor. He’s vocal and uplift his teammates to overcome adversity. For the second day at Phenom Summer Finale Alex Olander is dominating the competition. His stock is really rising!!!
2021 5’8 Matthew White (Charlotte Nets) is the true definition of hand down man down. If you leave him open or if you don’t close out with a high hand, it’s cash. Matthew is an undersized guard who knows how to use his body to finish in the lane against bigger players. He is very active on both ends of the floor. This kid is a game changer for this team. You better pick him up from the parking lot because if you don’t your team will be in for a long night. College coaches if you are looking for a point guard who can bring high energy and hit the deep ball consistently, Matthew White is your guy!!!
