There are big changes in the 5 this week as a familiar face, Myers Park, stunned #2 Independence at the Big I. #4 Butler also fell at home to surging Hickory Ridge. We will now see how all of the shuffling of teams panned out…….To the 5!!!!!
1. NORTH MECK 8-0 – THE VIKINGS CRUISED TO A 2-0 WEEK, HEADING TO BRISTOL FOR “THE CLASSIC”.
2. WEST CHARLOTTE 6-1 – THE LIONS DID LOSE TO OAK HILL, BUT ONLY BY A VERY RESPECTABLE 10.
3. MOORESVILLE 8-1 – THE DEVILS WENT 1-0, HEADING TO THE CATAMOUNT CLASSIC.
4. CATHOLIC 11-1 – THEY RETURN TO THE 5 COURTESY OF A 3-0 WEEK.
5. INDEPENDENCE 6-3 – THE PATRIOTS WERE STUNNED BY MYERS PARK AT HOME, LOOKING TO BOUNCE BACK OVER THE HOLIDAYS.
