As we enter the thick of summer basketball, players are beginning to get comfortable and spread their wings more than ever before. That appears to be the case with 6’8 Isaih Moore (2018). Moore is out of Sumter HS (South Carolina) and plays with the Georgia Stars this AAU season. His game brings great intrigue, and rightfully so, as he is a very unique prospect budding with potential. Moore is extremely versatile on both ends of the floor, able to play inside or outside on offense while defending all positions at a quality level. He scores well on three levels and operates effectively out of the high post; his ability to handle the ball on the perimeter is a nice asset. However, Moore’s length and rebounding tenacity are his two biggest strengths; he frequently controls the glass on both ends of the floor and uses his length extremely well in pursuit of blocks and steals.

Moore already holds offers from the likes of Colorado State, College of Charleston, South Carolina State and Charleston Southern. However, Moore has received expressed interest from South Carolina, Clemson, Virginia, Louisville, Wake Forest, North Carolina and various others. It is easy to see why Moore intrigues programs, but his offer list remains from mostly local schools. His offer list will certainly increase in the coming months, as he continues to play at a high level with the size, skill, and intangibles necessary to where the sky is the limit.
