Game 1: Fayetteville Christian vs. Rothesay Netherwood School
It was a slow start for both teams but Fayetteville Christian got out to an early five-point lead to start off but Kellen Tynes and company started to find their shot, eventually ending the first half 12-for-25 from the floor. Tynes went into attack-mode, scoring 12 points in the first half while Jaden Scrivens kept Fayetteville Christian within distance with 9 first-half points.
Rothesay continued to score the ball effectively, as Tynes continued to attack while Caleb Sooley and Matthew Pennell got into the action as well. Scoring 20+ points in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter, Rothesay slowly continued to expand their lead. Fayetteville Christian was led by Jaden Scrivens, who had an outstanding showing but the team struggled shooting the ball overall (37 percent).

Game 2: Liberty Heights vs. Freedom Christian
It was a mixture of outside shooting from Liberty Heights and turnovers for Freedom Christian in the first half. Liberty knocked down fire 3-pointers, three of which came from Kahari Rogers but they were also able to create 12 first-half turnovers (8 steals), which allowed Liberty to get 14 more shot attempts. However, Jayden Doyle and Freedom Christian still found themselves down by 6 at halftime.
In the second half, Liberty Heights was able to increase their lead to as many as 21 duo offensive rebounding and Freedom Christian struggling to knock down shots. Freedom shot 28 percent from the floor in the second half and Liberty grabbed 13 offensive rebounds in the game.
The size and length were just too much in the end for Freedom.

Game 3: Grace Christian School vs. Cape Fear Academy
Two teams with intriguing talent, it was Cape Fear Academy that was able to step up on the defensive end and take Grace Christian out of their game. Holding a 25-8 halftime lead, Cape Fear was able to hold Grace to 13 percent shooting, as well as slowing the pace down.
Much of the same continued in the second half but Jacob Hukins did kick it up a notch scoring-wise for Grace Christian. However, the defensive effort from Cape Fear was too much in the end. KJ Kernan won MVP honors.

Game 4: Northwood Temple vs. Wayne Country Day
It was a back-and-forth battle in the first half with seven lead changes. Northwood Temple really attacked the Wayne Country Day defense, getting themselves to the free-throw line but struggled to convert (2-for-10) in the first half, which could have given them a bigger cushion than 1 point at the half. Reggie Raynor continued to put on a show as he did on Day 1, while Linwood Grandy led the way with 10 points in the first half for WCDS.
Wayne Country Day started to take over in the second half though, led by Linwood Grandy and Jaden Cooper, as they combined for 33 points. Reggie Raynor continued his tear on his way to 30 points but WCDS kept their unbeaten record in tacked.

Game 5: Piedmont Classical vs. Trinity Christian
The afternoon games kicked off and fans got a treat between these two programs. Trinity Christian was incredibly efficient and sharing the ball (seven assists on 11 made field goals), as they shot 58 percent from the floor early on. Piedmont shot 28 percent from the floor, which allowed Trinity to earn a double-digit halftime lead.
Trinity continued to hold their lead but Piedmont Classical made a late push, led by Jamarii Thomas to eventually tie it at 54 with seconds remaining. That is when Cam Oates got free for the lay-in and eventually helped seal the four-point win. It was a battle throughout. Piedmont Classical couldn’t find their scoring for much of the game, shooting 35 percent from the floor while Trinity shot 53 percent from the floor.

Game 6: Farmville Central vs. Greenfield
This was a highly anticipated matchup and boy, did it live up to it. These teams got up and down all over the court, both were able to make key runs. Farmville Central used their speed between Justin Wright and Terquavion Smith to get out to a 9-point halftime lead but Greenfield battled back in the third and early in the fourth to eventually tie the game at 64 (after being down as many as 13 in the first half).
But it was the Terquavion show, as he absolutely had the game of the event up till then. Scorching the nets for 40 points, Farmville was just too much scoring-wise, shooting 73 percent in the second half to eventually secure the impressive and thrilling win.

Game 7: Huntington Prep vs. Combine Academy
Game 2 of a loaded night, it was a tough battle between two teams that have a nationally recognized name and high-major talent all over the court. It was a tough game for both teams to get into a flow but it still was a battle. Combine Academy created havoc defensively early on to secure a 5-point halftime lead as well as holding Huntington Prep to 26 first-half points. Huntington though started to figure it out and create turnovers themselves, as they attacked the paint with their bigs. Combine didn’t back off though, as Jalen Hood-Schifino and company kept it close for much of the game. In the end though, there was just too much on Huntington and the 3-ball didn’t fall late for Combine.

Game 8: Moravian Prep vs. Village Christian
To end the event, Moravian Prep took on Village Christian. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as exciting as the other two games beforehand as Moravian Prep made quick work in the first half, getting out to an early double-digit lead after the first quarter and simply outscoring Village Christian each quarter.
Village Christian turned the ball over 20 times and Moravian attempted 22 more shot attempts in the game, as they were able to earn a 32-point lead late in the fourth in impressive fashion.
