6’4 2020 Jordan Yarrell: Gaining Traction

6’4 2020 JordanYarrell (John Paul II Catholic) in Greenville has been creating a lot of buzz. We first watched Jordan at our NC Phenom 150 camp back in 2016. At the time, we stated, “Jordan is a tough guard that does a little bit of everything on the basketball court. He plays with great energy and intensity at all times. He is the ultimate team guy that does all the little things for a basketball team to be successful.” Two years later at our NC Phenom 150 camp, we stated, “Jordan is a long, athletic guard prospect with a lot of upside, given his size and ability to contribute to both sides of the ball. Jordan shot the ball decently well, but was at his best when getting downhill and finishing aggressively at the rim.”

At the recent Phenom High School Jamboree held in November, we were able to watch him once again. He is a three level scorer that has a complete package. He’s a big time competitor and has a tremendous work ethic. While he is a team first and unselfish point guard, Jordan is putting up really good numbers. He is currently averaging 17.8 PPG, 5.8 RPG and 4.7 APG. Schools looking for a good size point guard with length and athleticism should check him out. He excels in and out of the classroom
