Phenom Team Camp continues to bring new names on one of the biggest platforms, and a guard that introduced himself over the last two weeks has been 2027 Aiden Rochevot from Northwest Cabarrus.
Last year as a sophomore, Rochevot averaged 12.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.5 steals per game in helping lead his team to a 16-11 overall record. And after a strong season, we are eager to see what more he can show in leading the Trojans this upcoming high school season.
He has an impressive all-around feel to his game, displaying craftiness and creativity with the ball in his hands, his ability to create scoring opportunities for himself, and showing the ability to break down defenders and be a strong playmaker for other teammates. He displays a high IQ overall in running the show, bringing excellent value with his dual-threat approach. Rochevot is a reliable presence on the court with his overall confidence and polished game, making him a young guard to really keep a close eye on moving forward.
What Has Been Said:
“6’0 2027 Aiden Rochevot (NW Cabarrus) finished with a game-high 24 points, including 4 3s. Has the ability to create for himself & others. Has balanced scoring & facilitating here at #PhenomTeamCamp. Also, does a nice job of setting the tone on the defensive end.”
“Rochevot was a new name that grabbed our attention. He displayed craftiness with his handles, along with some wiggle to create and make plays off the bounce. Rochevot was able to mix it up well with his ability to facilitate and find teammates, but also be an effective scoring option with his ability to knock down shots.”
