Player/Game Notes:
Team Loaded opened up hot and would stay in control for most of the first half. When teams came out to start the 2nd'though it was clear that the Raptors had got a wake up call. Led by the hot hand of Tye Giger, the Raptors would fight all the way back to get the lead, securing the game late from the line. Players of note:
Omarion Jay, 6'8 2020 F with Team Loaded'' Big boy is a load to handle. Power game is there for sure but showed nice face up game as well. Tracking at the D1 level for good reason. Kid impresses when you see him go.
Josh Hall, 6'5 2020 G with Team Loaded'' Kid is easy with it. Has the type of game that makes it look like he's playing a different game than the rest. Has the size, bounce, and stroke you look for in a next level wing. Easy to project to the D1 level.
Luke Stankovich, 6'2 2020 G with Team Loaded ''Smart player is always making the right play it seems like. Quick release to this kid. Plays within himself and has a plus motor on him.
Brion McLauria, 6'5 2019 W with Carolina Raptors'' Good mix of athlete and size here. Took it to Loaded all game long by attacking every chance he got. More athlete than player at this point, has the type of bounce and speed worth developing at the next level.
Tye Giger, 6'1 2018 G with Carolina Raptors'' Really heated up in the 2nd'half as he could not miss from the field. On the ball or off the ball, it didn't matter as he found ways to score. When the D collapsed on him, he found others for looks and used D to help generate opportunities for himself and others.
Skyler Mckinney, 6'5 2018 G with Carolina Raptors'' Active guard showed ability to score at all 3 levels in this one. Hot start was vital to keeping his team in it early.
