RJ Felton is very good at basketball, it is that simple. However, with him it is his toughness that really sets him apart from others… He plays with a dogged nature, which makes sense when you realize his first cousin is NFL defensive back DJ Swearinger.
The 6’3″ wing is explosively athletic, he is a relentless on the ball defender and he handles the ball and sees the floor well. So much to like in his game. This year he will be transferring from South Augusta High School to Aiken. Also a standout on the football field (which also makes sense watching him play).
Felton is one of those, like many preps in South Carolina, who should get D1 offers in both basketball and football.
