Every year, Phenom Hoops enters July with high expectations, and every year we get blown away with the results. Therefore, setting the bar isn't even necessary anymore, as we expect July to be the most exciting month of the year, especially with Summer Havoc kicking things off this Wednesday. This event has served as a major platform for scholarships awarded to worthy prospects and recruitment to take place. There is an incredibly long list of guys like Evan Cole, who entered July with a cloudy recruitment, and now stands as a key contributor for Georgia Tech. Look at any position, from various states, it simply doesn't matter. Guys come to this event with little to no action in their recruitment and leave with a completely different outlook.
