Ratliffe has committed to VMI. With Ratliffe, VMI got an absolute steal and Ratliffe will show that this season as he is sure to put up some ungodly numbers, across the board.

Last season, the Ratliffe led Village Christian (of Fayetteville, NC), won the NCISAA 2A State Championship. After his performance in the state championship game we wrote,''Looking at the recent trend of D1 guards, the small scoring guard is taking off. Ratliffe is explosively athletic, he is a 3-level scorer, and he is relentless and his demeanor bleeds through his team.''This summer Ratliffe played for Garner Road on the Adidas Gauntlet. Astonishingly, even after a state championship run and playing for Garner Road, VMI and Charleston Southern were Ratliffe's only offers.

Ratliffe's calling card is his explosion and the aggressive nature in which he plays both ends of the court. He is an explosive scoring lead guard who is assured for at least one highlight reel play per game. Defensively, he is in your face for 94', tracking and mirroring your every move.

After Ratliffe's performance in last year's Phenom's Millbrook Showcase we wrote,''Ratliffe is an explosive, scoring lead guard. He has a lightning quick first step and plays with the utmost confidence. Ratliffe defends with quick hands and anticipation.'

VMI got a steal!
