2028 CJ Moore (Upward Stars):

Moore continues to play extremely well and brings a balanced yet versatile game to the court. Watching him on several occasions, he has shown that he can play and operate multiple positions. With his size, he has shown that he can operate and be an option down low in the paint as well as on the boards, but he has also shown the ability to play multiple positions, step out, make plays off the bounce, and score at the rim or in transition. He should be a name to watch out for in this class.

2028 Fleet Payne (CC Elite):

Payne was one that grabbed our attention at the event and has stood out in the past before with Phenom Hoops. Payne brings a good blend of size and skillset, as well as shot-making ability. He displayed the ability to rise up and knock down shots from three or mid-range game but doesn’t settle and can create off the dribble well to score. He understands how to use his length to create mismatches, but also makes smart decisions on the court. Plays under control and has a good upside to his game.

2028 Malik Brunson (Upward Stars Columbia):

Brunson is one that I would really keep an eye on in the coming years down in South Carolina because he is already flourishing as a prospect in his class. Brunson plays with contagious energy and just has a knack for finding ways to produce. He is aggressive as a scorer, can get downhill and finish well around the basket, and simply be a playmaker. I really like his assertive nature and how consistent he is on the court, but believe this is just the start for him.
