Full team evaluations from the NC Phenom 150 in Greensboro

#13 5'7' 2020 Nathan Woolard of John Paul II (Greenville, NC)
Woolard is a high motor player on both ends of the floor. He carries a scorer's mentality where he is both capable and confident. Woolard's camp coach stated, 'Nathan is a smooth combo guard. He plays well without the ball and is a good defender both on and off the ball. Nathan is a good passer and is good in transition.' As Woolard continues to progress we would like to see him continue working on his off hand.

#24 5'9' 2019 Xzavier McFadden of Northern Durham (Durham, NC)
McFadden came into camp and displayed a great attitude and ability to play within a team setting. He has tremendous speed and very good ball handling ability. McFadden's camp coach stated, 'Xzavier is able to get into the lane at will. He also has good court vision and really gets his team mates involved. Xzavier is also a very good on ball defender.' As he continues to improve, we would like to see McFadden continue to hone his jump shot.

#51 5'10' 2017 Adam Tucker of North Johnson HS (Kenly, NC)
Tucker came into camp with a great attitude and gave maximum effort throughout camp. The lefty is a very quick guard. Tucker's camp coach stated, 'Adam has good quickness and his first step allows him to slash to the basket. He is a crafty finisher at the rim and a very determined and valuable on ball defender.' As Tucker continues to improve we would like to see him continue to develop his range on his jump shot.

#62 5'11' 2019 Charlie Mensh of RJ Reynolds HS (Winston-Salem, NC)
Mensh has a good court sense as he sees the floor very well. He has a great attitude and worked hard on both ends, throughout camp. Mensh's camp coach stated, 'Charlie has the ability to finish in traffic as he has good use of his off hand. At his age, he is offering up some plays that are generally reserved for upperclassmen. The challenge for Charlie will be to continue advancing his game.' As Mensh continues to improve, we would like to see him work on playing off the ball.

#88 6' 2019 Hayden Murdock of Northwest Cabarrus (Davidson, NC)
Murdock came into camp giving great effort and showing a great attitude. He has a high basketball IQ and shoots the ball very well with deep range. Murdock's camp coach stated, 'Hayden is a very good 3-point shooter and a solid defender. He has a great attitude and is very supportive of his team mates.' As Murdock continues to grow in his game we would like to see him work on getting downhill more.

#99 6'1' 2020 Luke Brighton of Providence Day (Charlotte, NC)
Brighton is a good perimeter shooter with a quick release and he understands how to get into his shot. He is also a very willing defender who gives consistent effort on that side of the floor Brighton's camp coach stated, 'Luke is a quality defender who showed good instincts in the passing lanes. He is a very good on ball defender and has a nose for the ball.' As Brighton continues to improve we would like to see him continue to work on his footwork and off hand.

#136 6'3' 2020 Blake Lanier of Gaston Christian (Mount Holly, NC)
Lanier is a lengthy and agile player who is very fundamentally sound from the wing. He fits on the court in a lot of situations. Lanier's camp coach stated, 'At the 3, Blake is very fundamentally skilled. He is able to finish in traffic and plays well without the ball. Most importantly he plays hard on both ends of the floor.'

#161 6'5' 2017 Jordan Warlick of Dutch Fork HS (Irmo, SC)
Warlick came into camp with a great attitude, showing to have a high basketball IQ and give maximum effort on the court. He carries great length and showed to be a 5-tool type player with his ability to pass, shoot, rebound, handle and defend. Warlick's camp coach stated, 'Jordan has good size and can play the 1-3. He has a good outside shot with good range on his jump shot. He has a quick first step into the lane. Warlick has a high basketball IQ and a leader's attitude.' Already having D3 programs, Warlick could see some D2s come into the picture soon.

#172 6'5' 2020 Bennett Smith of Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC)
Smith has a great attitude and willingness to learn the game. At this point, he is most comfortable playing with his back to the basket showing solid touch to 15 feet and good shooting mechanics. Smith's camp coach stated, 'Bennett plays well with his back to the basket and has above average post moves. He has a great attitude and work ethic.' As Smith continues to get stronger his game should continue to expand.
