Jamie Shaw had some names that caught his eye at the Champion Showcase.

6'4' 2019 Demarcus Johnson
Moorseville Magic 16s / Lake Norman HS

Johnson is a high level point guard. He has all of the tools and makings with the ability to handle the ball, shoot the ball and distribute the ball. He has excellent vision and works hard on the defensive end of the floor. He finished this one with 10 points, 5 steals and 4 assists. Coaches need to put him on their radar, offers may start to come in July.

6'8' 2018 Kris Monroe
Team Wall / St David's

Monroe is an absolute mis-match on the offensive end. He has great size and length, but also handles the ball with great pace and shoots it with deep, effortless range. Monroe already carries offers from the likes of Providence, Rhode Island and Boston College but expect more, at that level, to come through in July.

6'4' 2019 Trevon Barnes
Charlotte Nets 16s / Zebulon Vance HS

Barnes is a bully. Strong and athletic he plays both ends of the floor with a very high motor. Offensively, Barnes is able to take his man on the wing, set up from the high post and put his back to the basket. Defensively, he has long arms and a high motor with sneaky good feet. He won't pass your look test, but more times than not his team will win, he'll be a central factor and he will put up a double-double.

6'9' 2019 Keenan Worthington
Durham Hurricanes 16s ' Hall / Blair Academy (NJ)

Worthington walks onto the floor with great size and good length. Around the basket, he has good feel and great touch to finish. He will need to continue putting on weight, but his confidence is rising by the day and his skill set is there. He has two more years left of high school, something tells us that he is one to monitor closely moving forward.
